I've stayed at the Travel Lodge many times in the last few years alone and with my children. The staff is amazing and extremely helpful. I know the current renovations have left the place looking less desirable or dated but I've never had a single issue with the room being anything less then clean, neat and sanitized. While the decor is often dated looking everything works great and allows for a comfortable stay. The only suggestion I would have is if they had a microwave in the room. That being said..with the price that can't be beat and the staffs attentiveness and accommodating I'll continue to happily return even without a microwave in the room.

A microwave in the room would be nice . That's all .

It was very convenient.

Our shower was slow in draining also had a hole in the floor . One of our bed sheet had a cigarette burn in it . Other than that was enjoyable . Tea and coffee,breakfast was in the reception area would have preferred a kettle with tea and coffee options in the rooms .

Short drive to universal. Close to a lot of restaurants and souvenir shops. Staff were great and helpful. Honestly, it was a great place to crash after a long day.

Ice machine looked rough More of a motel than hotel. Lighting of the rooms could be better. Like, having a light switch near the door. TV didn't work, but I didn't bother asking for help for it. Didn't come to Orlando to watch tv.

The location is very good, the personal is friendly (specially Latin people). Te room was very clean, but a little bit noisy in the morning.

The breakfast included was not a breakfast, just a bad coffee and cereal bars, we had to go to other place to have an eat something, the hotel needs to change concept of a breakfast include or not tell to the guest the breakfast is included.

I liked everything! From the location, room cleanliness, and staff are super nice! They even went above and beyond to give me and my partner the best service. Loved every bit of our stay here. Will surely go back.

Nothing. Everything was spotless! Booking was hassle-free, rooms were totally clean. We didn't have a hard time staying here at all. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

The location 25 minute walk to universal and the I ride outside the hotel to seaworld.icon park 10 minute walk for free bus to busch gardens.shops,bars and restaurants everywhere.

There renovating outside and rooms but it does the job.

No lightswitch near door making it hard to see when arriving into room at night

If you are just looking for a place to stay this place is perfect. Its location is convenient, good places to eat near by. Room was clean and general areas too. It's not a 5 star or luxury, you get what you pay for but it was great affordable accommodation so very happy with the service.
