Room was great and so was location. Staff was friendly. Both pools were nice as were the jacuzzis. Great amount of parking.

Room cleaning needs so attention to detail. While the room i stayed in was nice I found a hair brush next to the sofa bed which obviously meant no one cleaned there. Also half used shampoo and conditioner bottled were in the bathroom (the ones supplied by the hotel) which should have been tossed. The 10 floor laundry the dry does not work. I had a medium sized batch of laundry in there for three separate 45 min sessions and it still was wet after the 3rd time. Also in the kitchen kit it would be nice to at least have a set of silverware...a butter knife...its hard to cook anything if there is nothing to cut with.

Hotel is updated and staff are very responsive and pleasant. View of the lake makes the room feel resort-like. Room is very quiet and curtains ensure no light for a restful sleep. King’s Pizza nearby had super pizza.

I am not sure if our room was typical of other rooms in the hotel but there was no hairdryer (quickly supplied by housekeeping) and no kitchen items. Kitchen could have been stocked with a tea towel, silverware and plates. No coffee pot in room. Breakfast was adequate but underwhelming.

Everything was comfortable and Mrs. Bertha was really sweet and helped with all of our needs including late check out.

The breakfast is not worth getting up early for. It's not a huge selection and there isn't any protein (meat) offered. It also took almost 45 mins to make pancakes because it's only one machine and makes one pancake at a time. Just ask for cooking utensils at the front desk and you'll get the works.... Also the sofa bed was broken it didn't stay up but other than that it's good to go

I loved the security aspect of the hotel. You can’t get into the hotel without a keycard or being buzzed in by the front desk. you also cannot get to floors guest room floors without your keycard. Once checking in, your keycard is your single most important item! The view from my room was beautiful! I did have a great view of the air conditioning units but even with this I loved the view both during the day and at night. I travel with a service dog and she loved the view as well!

Not so much that I didn’t like it, but didn’t understand it. The lights in the rooms don’t work without a keycard in a special slot by the front door. I ended up leaving my second room key in the slot so my lights would work whenever I re-entered the room. The continental breakfast was quite limited, however they have a really cool pancake machine that makes delicious little pancakes relatively quickly. You have to try it at least once during your stay! The line will be long because there’s only one machine but it will be worth the experience.

The property was very clean and secure. The people at the front desk were very helpful and accommodating. The room was like home and we cooked a lot. We enjoyed our stay and would come back!

when I booked this I was unaware and nowhere could I find that I would be charged $25 a day per person to use the rooftop pool and facilities. This was a disappointment.  The pool could have stayed open later than 8 pm. The breakfast was almost all carbs, they did rotate a different protein daily.

I like everything , cleaning staff I didn't like it seems like the room was empty for couples day , so the day we arrive bathroom smell was not good it seem like the room need to be clean before the customers arrive if the rooms is empty for couple days, they left only one toilet paper. Carpet need to be refresh. Other that that everything was perfect . 🥰

The location was perfect for going to the ICON Ferris wheel and surrounding activities. We would definitely stay again. The staff was really pleasant and the lobby beautifully decorated for Christmas! The room was really nice and extremely clean. The ground level pool and hot tub were perfect in cleanliness, temperature, and beauty. There is so much to do in this area that I had no idea about. We would definitely stay there again to explore the other activities around Sand Lake.

There was a kitchenette, but no extras in terms of dish soap, etc. There may have been a coffeemaker tucked away with coffee, tea, and creamers, but we didn’t go searching as we only stayed one night. They closed the pool at 8:00PM, which was a bit of a disappointment, but we just reversed our plans to fit it in. They probably close the pool area early to keep the hotel “family friendly.”

Friendly staff and clean facilities

HaveThe room didn't have any utensils or plates. We did ask for the coffee maker as there was no kettle. The room didn't have any toilet paper but it was sent up as soon as we requested it. The pool closes at 8, when you're out all day and you get back after 8 there's nothing to do besides going to the bar which closes at 11. We booked the suite that included access to the roof top pool bar an hot tub however it was accessible from 5pm to 8pm which was never utilized since we were at the parks. Parks close at 10pm so even if you get bk at 9pm the pool was already closed. Breakfast was ok. Quite simple but we could have had the same breakfast at home.

The room had a beautiful view to the lake, We stayed in a suite that had sofa cama plus two queen needs for 5 guests. The queen beds were very comfortable, the sofa bed is a practical option when traveling in large group. One thing I loved was that the room had many mirrors to get ready, and not just one. Breakfast is continental, and I had read in some other reviews it was not good, I thought it had everything needed to get a day started. The staff was always super friendly. And I would definitely stay here again, and will recommend to anyone going to Orlando.

This doesn't have much to dl with the hotel itself however There's a shuttle you have to book with a third party for the parks, mine never arrived at the time and had to ask for an Uber. Although I loved that the hotel had a variety with option in vending machine, the machine won't accept notes in certain denomination, there is a small sign, but honestly we didn't see it, and lost $5 and got not product. ( Also the vending machine is handled by a third party vendor) The hotel staff was super friendly trying to look for.solutions and contacted the provider, however we were coming back and had to leave.

check in was easy and staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooms were very nice with updated decor and clean facilities. Loved the rooftop hangout with complimentary drinks. We had a great view of the space launch from our room overlooking the lake on the 11th floor. We would definitely recommend to friends and family.

The breakfast was all breads. Not great unless you’re on a carb only plan.
