Property has only been open for 2-months, so it is in pristine condition. Comfortable, spacious rooms, great for families. Breakfast was great consisting of Mickey waffles, sausage, eggs, pastries, breads, cereals, oatmeal, yogurt, milk, juices, & coffee. Staff was friendly & the location is close to many options, but yet is in a more quiet area, which was nice.

Parking! We came back from the Magic Kingdom late one night & had no space to park. My husband asked the front desk staff where we were to park & we were informed to park on the street in front of the hotel (which was dark & no other cars were). My husband said, he was not comfortable with that & front desk staff responded with “I can’t just go move a car!” I think they may also be understaffed because there was always one person at the front desk multitasking, so there was often a wait.

The property was five star! Clean, new, great staff, fantastic facility. I would take the few blasé things, and recommend this emphatically over most of the places we’ve stayed at in Orlando. It’s very nice and I can’t recommend it enough.

The breakfast was ok. Nothing special, but it was alright. The location was a bit out of the way. GPS kept trying to take us to the subdivision and street behind the hotel; the street does not connect.

Horrible. Utensils were cheep and would bend when you used them. The eggs were blah and the sausage was cheap. Juice cups stuck together so you are wasting almost half of them. Waffles were cold and soggy. Change to DIY waffles so they are hot and done. We skipped breakfast day 2.

There were blood around my bathroom! I felt that the bathroom wasn't properly clean!

Exceptional for the price. Basic facilities but clean, fresh, everything you would expect as a minimum for accomodation. Pestana actually exceeded our expectations! The rooms were spacious, very clean and there were finishing touches that I just didn’t expect this place would have. Staff were friendly and left us to our devices. The quality of Pestana is unmatched considering the price. We did hear about the possible timeshare offers/history which we were not interested in but we were not asked (thankfully). Would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!

Overall, pretty good. Location is near both Disney and Universal parks, very close to I-4 but in a parallel street with less traffic. Rooms are very spacious and modern. Staff is great, and for the Brazilian fellows many speaks Portuguese =) There is also free shuttles to the parks - we ended up not taking them, but it is a great addition to those who are not renting a car in Orlando.

There is no lights in the street leading to the hotel - at night, it may be hard to find the entrance of the hotel since there is no street lights nor signs telling the location of the hotel. You will probably need a GPS to get it there. Shower could also get a fix up; shower is above a bath tub which is unusable since there is nothing to close the tub drain. Shower curtain was also pretty annoying as it always keeps everything wet.

It was really nice and pretty quiet and it's still within distance of everything without being hard to get in and out of. The housekeeping ladies were extremely nice and very helpful. The hotel manager waved every time we entered or left even when he was with other customers so you know he was keeping an eye out for everyone.

We only got 1 room key and when asked for a second one they were going to charge us extra. Also, the water pressure is pretty low and had a weird smell to it like it almost smelled like the water was burning but you get used to it pretty quickly.

We loved the location and how clean everything was! Everyone was super friendly and helpful.

The shower pressure was abysmal, and the breakfast was not great. There was not much variety and little to options for vegans. The waffles were wonderful and it was nice to not have to wait in line to make our own, but everything else was pretty basic. If you are a big breakfast eater and like daily variety, you’re not going to get that here unfortunately.

The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The staff is very nice and they have great costumer service.

The breakfast buffet was not great and they use paper plates. It made it feel cheap. They should have more food options, if not they should make the breakfast cheaper. I also think they should warm people about the deposit for the room. You have to pay a deposit and you have to pay for the room as soon as you arrive. Usually you pay for the room when you check out. You do get the deposit back if your room is left ok, but they should warm people before they book. Also payment should be done during checkout

i was offered a better bigger apartment (521) instead of the first one (212). Its approximately the same except of the size. That one on the fifth floor was big enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. The reason for change was that the toilet was stuck after the first use. Parking is free. Lemon Water in the lobby as well.

Breakfast, not enough choice, the boiled eggs in the fridge and juice in the machine were awful... small tables size as for 4 people. Also it's not comfortable to wash a kid when you don't have removable shower head, and its a problem in all the rooms.
