I have to pay for Car parking that is not mentioned in booking.com also on site it’s mentioned free parking

The location to both Disney and Universal parks is excellent! Took us no time to get to where we needed to go each day. There was plenty of parking spots available, I wish it was a little more lit up in the side of the property. The breakfast was ok. The day I went had plenty of eggs and sausage but no potatoes or other options like that and I went around 8:45am so there still should have plenty of food left since breakfast ends at 9:30am. The room was spacious and bed was very comfy. It was clean and smelled clean as well. Overall, very good place for the money and will definitely stay here again.

The elevator was the only thing that was annoying, it was very slow.

I loved the subtle Disney theming throughout the hotel and in the rooms. Very sleek and modern with pops of color. We only stayed for 1-night after our long drive from NY before checking into our Disney resort the following day. I’d stay here again for longer stays in the Orlando area. Very spacious and close to lots of restaurants and shopping! My littles one loved the pool. Nice and warm in the evening!

The shower curtain is useless. There’s no plastic liner and the curtain is thin cloth so the floors get soaked no matter what you do. We got down to breakfast by 8:45 and literally everything was gone and nothing was replenished. Not even the cereal canister…breakfast doesn’t end til 9:30 and there was still a significant line so this was unacceptable to me. No meat was left, character waffles have to prepared yourself, etc but it’s free so I didn’t complain. I grabbed a coffee and yogurt and just checked out!

the cleanliness of the room was outstanding. I enjoyed my stay from the moment I opened the door. The room was very spacious and enjoyable to relax until I needed to leave.

Upon arrival, interaction with the front desk attendant was okay. As I was checking in for my reservation, I was told that I would be charged a parking fee instead of being asked did I drive and use a parking stall. If I wasn’t told about the additional charge, I would have not known about this. I was dropped off by a rideshare. The attendant was not nasty or disrespectful. I just didn’t like the assumption that I drove a car and used the parking space.

The location was perfect..close to all the Disney Parks. It was very quiet. The room was spotless, especially the sparkling clean bathroom shower. When we came back from the parks, the beds were made and the room was straightened. I even left my purse wide-open on the bed and everything was how I left it. I also love how there were no strong cleaner smells. The complimentary breakfast was amazing. There were so many great options. The kids were excited about the Mickey Mouse waffle maker. We have stayed in Disney and Universal hotels, but for the price this hotel beats them all. From now on this is where we will be staying when we visit Orlando.

Maybe add some whip topping for the waffles.

1) There is no daily cleaning in the rooms but yes when requested. But if you request every day there will be every day. It must be requested in advance. 2) Elevators are rather slow. If there is a crowd of people, in some instances, it may be worth using the stairs. 3) At the time we placed reservations parking was free but now it is charged over $20 a day. 4) At the time we placed reservations hotel used to accept packages (from Amazon or others) for free, but now it has been charged.

very nice hotel surrounded by other nice hotels . breakfast area and options was much better than we expected and have experienced at other hotels with free breakfast . Even had a Mickey Mouse shaped waffle maker . used the shuttle multiple times to get to Disney (plan for multiple stops at other hotels in the way ). price was excellent (used Booking.com). Would def stay again .

Wish there were multiple times for the shuttle to Disney . We took ride share each night back because the shuttle leaves too soon (around 8:30 I believe ).

The hotel was very clean, and in a good location. The room was big, and I liked that breakfast was included.

A bit tricky to find the hotel because the signage outside wasn’t very visible. Front desk wasn’t very friendly, but very informative and did the job. Our bed frame I think was a bit broken, still fine, just made a lot of weird creaking and thunking when you first say on it. I like the Mickey Mouse waffle makers, but please provide a decent non-stick spray. The spray provided did not work, and the waffles always stuck and you mangled them trying to get them out of the iron. None of these are that big of a deal, overall really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again.
