Didn't want to leave. The room was spacious, the staff was kind and helpful and joyful! The bed was great!

Only thing I didn't like that was really not that big of deal. The TV was not working due to the connection and it took me going to the front desk a couple of times. You also have to ask for house keeping to clean room if staying for several days, but that maybe standard. Either way, compared to how great stay, location, and staff was- nothing of much importance!

Room was huge and had a lot of commodities. Everything was clean. Breakfast selection was nice, although it could be a little bit better.

Two of the five nights that I stayed there wasn't any parking available. I had to park in the street and I was worried something would happen to the rental car.

Pretty good location, close to SeaWorld, Universal and Disney, the price is good comparing to the other hotels in the region and also offers breakfast, the rooms have kitchen, comfortable beds and enough space.

The rooms are cleaned just each other day and they didn't clean the bathtub. The free wifi internet is pretty slow and the paid fast internet is expensive to use daily. The TVs in the rooms aren't smart tvs. The breakfast has limited options and the menu is the same every day. The free shuttle to Disney has just 2 trips in the morning and only to Magic Kingdom(9:25am) and Hollywood Studios (10:40am).

Room and hotel very clean , bed and pillows super comfortable, location was great , close to everything , shops , parks , restaurants , outlet mall. Breakfast was very good , coffee was great ! We will be sure to stay here again in the future. Good to know hotel is pet friendly (we did not travel with our dog this time , but happy to know it is pet friendly for future stays ). Thank you !

We were charged for parking , which I don’t recall seeing when I booked hotel on Booking.com

Didn’t use kitchen facilities as we arrived from Europe, tired, and fairly late and thought we would find some restaurant close by. We walked a few blocks, as suggested by staff, and realized there was nothing close so we just bought a few munchies from your facility and went to bed. As a result we loved and appreciated your breakfast facility very much while we waited for our family to arrive after check out.

Your elevator is very slow, or was locked out, and several times we took the stairs to our room on the third floor.

Was in a nice/quiet area. Although we didn’t have the time to enjoy the pool area, I did sit out there a couple minutes while waiting for breakfast to open.

A couple things I didn’t like were they don’t clean the rooms unless it’s requested. Between the stove and counter, was extremely filthy with Food and crumbs. Shower in one of the bathrooms leaked non stop. Upon arriving, there was a horrible food smell from previous occupants.

Rooms were awesome. Value very good

The pool needed to be heated. I know it is warmer in Summer, but late fall, winter and early spring we do have cooler days. The kiddie pool was “freezing”! Could have been a few more choices on main food bar with just eggs and one meat. (Gravy/biscuits…bacon…hash browns, etc)

They charged several deposits on several cards, we had to go to the front desk and ask why $20, $100, $179 charges were applied. I understand $100 why were the other charges applied? Smell going from the back door to the hallway to the elevator..

The room was clean, with everything I need it, breakfast was great, the pool was my kids favorite spot

I booked at this hotel because I had read they offer shuttle service to Disney World and when I get there they said they don’t, I was disappointed.

The hotel was very clean. We arrived early with my elderly father and our original room wasn't ready so we were upgraded. Very nice room! Breakfast was good!

The only thing that would have been better was if in the disability accessible room, the shower was a walk-in instead of a tub. But there were plenty of handrails in the bathroom to keep Dad safe.
