Breakfast was Fair to good. Limited Gluten Free options. Hot and cold choices. No option to order, which was fine by us. Room was clean. One Air Conditioning unit did break down and appeared to be fixed after a couple of days but we got no notification that any work had been done. May have fixed itself. Staff were very pleasant. Location is central to many places but you always have to travel. Has a pool (could have been be cleaner)

Pool could have been cleaner so we only it used it once. Ice machine (we did nto need it) on our floor appeared to be broken. Orland water has a sulphur odour. A filter in the kitchen may have made the water more palatable. Not an easy issue for the complex to resolve. Dining next door is not great. Options are a 15 or so minute walk away and you have to cross the road. Again, not something the complex can correct, just so travellers are aware. Communication with staff could be a little difficult at times but not a big issue for us. Not really close to many things but not far either.

The cleanliness was amazing, the bedroom smelled good, the bathroom was huge better than I expected. The breakfast area was good and the variety of the food was excellent.

The only thing I was disappointed was the parking lot. They charge you $25 plus taxes per day for an uncovered parking with no security. We were traveling with a handicap person and they just have 2 handicap parking spots in the front of the hotel. In the back side, they have an additional one handicap parking but the area was very isolate and dark. Then they have a Backside door but was out of service, and for a handicap person there was a lot to do in a wheelchair.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, good location.

Not a big deal, but kind comments, so it can be fixed: An elevator’s button was broken on the third floor, so we had to use stairs all the time to go down. Wifi didn’t accept an account at shared spaces like a pool, then it asked for full details every other day. Managers in the buffet tried to sell hotel programs every morning when people are trying to eat. Cleaning in rooms is fine, but it would be great to have shampoo and other liquids to be refilled and door after cleaning tightly closed.

loved the location. They had a night with drinks and appetizers which was super cool and another night there was a good truck, we loved it.

nothing other than there was a lady who wasn’t pleasant at the breakfast area. Breakfast should end later than 9:30, especially for families on vacation. The lady with bright red long hair was putting everything away and aggravated when my husband wasn’t done making his waffle. The other gentleman was nice, but this lady was clearly irritated and not happy both days we saw her and didn’t leave the best impression.

location was great and close to major attractions

We loved the variety at breakfast and the size of our 2 bedroom suite. Cleanliness was excellent as well as how close the hotel was to shops and Disney parks (Springs and MK is where we went). Pool looked great and availability of parking was great.

The two Queen beds in one of the two bedrooms in the 2 bedroom suite were extremely firm to the point where I and other companions sharing the room lost circulation in our limbs during sleep. We found the sofa bed and king bed to have more comfortable mattresses. We didn’t sleep well at all at night unless extremely exhausted where the body would sleep on anything. Only bad thing we could find during our stay.

I mostly enjoyed great breakfast with Mickey Mouse waffles and great coffee. Room was very big with large, comfortable beds and huge TV. Staff is great! I asked for a quiet room and I get perfect one. Also location is very good if you want to visit Daytona Racetrack, Disney World or Orlando Outlets. Free parking is huge advantage.

A little older in style. Maintenance could be better some of the building exterior key readers did not work. Our bathroom lock did not lock. Toilet handle came loose, hook on bath door, not attached properly.

This is the second time we stayed here and we really love the hotel, the room is great and with all you need when you are traveling with kids, Disney is too close and the breakfast is very good.

I did a virtual checking but when we arrive to our room, this was in the cleaning process, nobody was inside, I opened it but there weren’t bedding, the kitchen was dirty, etc, I have to go to the reception and ask for another room.

The location was great. Easy access to stores and restaurants and to the ESPN Zone where our daughters gymnastics competition was held. Next trip to Disney, we may stay there again!
