Staff was friendly, enthusiastic, and worked so hard to accommodate all the guests. One or two even worked double shifts. We are so grateful! Breakfast was wonderful, pool felt terrific, location was very convenient both to visit Panama City beach and our in-laws in Panama City / St Andrews.

There is some wear and tear on the property. Faded paint, walls have not been painted in a while, both in the room bathrooms and hallways. Carpets look like they could be replaced soon to freshen up. Elevator also seemed to have intermittent issues. It would take a long time to go down and hesitate before doors opened

Florida is humid, very humid. Most hotels smell like mildew and the carpets are damp. Comfort Inn, apparently from the start, put dehydrators in every room - and that made a super huge impact on comfort! It matters!!!! Breakfast was pretty good and it changed up every day. I'll definitely stay there again if only for the dehydrated rooms if nothing else.

Honestly, mostly nothing except limited parking. I was comfortable, TV's were modern, rooms clean, bathroom had all the needful things....

The staff was very friendly, loved the lady at the front desk. It was a great value for the money.

The bed was terrible. So uncomfortable. I woke up with a back ache every single morning. The pool area didn't open until 8am. And they wouldn't even allow me to sit out on the chairs at all, not even get in the pool, just sit outside early in the morning.

I really liked the comfort of the bed and pillows over all very comfortable. I really liked that it was not noisy during our stay. we booked for 4 nights ended up staying an extra night. Every morning housekeeping would bring us fresh warm towels. Staff was friendly and welcoming.

Breakfast was good. Big crowd, and they managed to keep the line moving well. Beach access was great, and well worth the money. The room was clean, and well maintained. Loved the balcony. Having a kitchen in the room was nice as well.

The exterior of the facility was dated, although that didn’t bother us in any way. Just the normal wear and tear. Bathroom is small. Door to the balcony was a little stiff. Parking is a bit of a process.

most important was very clean , good and nice beds , staff was vey nice we stayed for 5 nights , breakfast everyday they had different and everyday was very hood breakfast with lots of options we are happy we stayed here for my children soccer tournament

It was very nice , clean, bed was comfortable, house keeping was awesome the breakfast was great . I will make this our choice every time, the outdoor pool was clean the fitness room was nice , had nice elevator.

It was that in room 108 its too close to door that slams so loud that wakes you up in the middle of the night. That was my only complaint. Other than that hotels was Awesome.

Staff was very friendly, and helpful. Took real good care of me. I was a day sleeper, night worker. Sleep was restful, and I was not disturbed. Made arrangements to clean my room when I was at work. everything worked out very well.

Room had a wet smell, I thing air conditioner wetting. Breakfast could have been better. Microwave sandwiches leaves a little to be desired. Coffee was good.

OMG, Everything clean, staff friendly very helpful breakfast is the bomb swimming pool small but great.location excellent around everything Beach plan to return to this location Coffee & Tea accessible 24/7. My kind of comfort👍👍😍 PS great family package.

Pool could be larger!😜👍but it was GREAT.
