Ramada by Wyndham Panama City

I feel like if I am unable to check-in until 3am you should be at least allowed to stay for 12hrs. A 3pm checkout would be a big deal and very accommodating to the late worker that has no choice but to get there at the early morning hours. Just saying, dont you all want to stand out compared to other hotels. To me that is really caring about your guest needs by accommodating us and giving a guarantee the guest can at least stay 12hrs or our pay rate would be a lower price. That's fair, otherwise to me it seems greedy to make me leave when I haven't even been there for 12 hrs. Ramada, that would be fantastic and you would get my money every time. Not to mention the amount of business that could bring your company. It may even level up your sales past all competitors. So do it! please. :)

I would like smoking rooms but it seems to now be a thing of the Past. ;(

Breakfast table could use bananas, perhaps a small upcharge for an additional protein, but I understand the complications this would create. Your price is fair and our group was glad to find your location.

I could have used a blanket on the bed, I checked the closet but there were none (some of use like the additional weight for comfort to sleep.

Upon arriving I did not know that there was a $50 charge for the room that’s refundable once they go and check the room out because on the website when I read the rules it was not listed there it was listed somewhere else so I questioned it with her and I questioned her was I going to get it back the same day or what and then she said if it was cash it would be but she was snappy if it was or a debit or credit it would not get it back for 7 to 10 days so of course I gave her cash. And then she went to talk to if you’re smoking in the room that was a good way not to get money back. And I smell smoke on you. I know how to go outside and smoke.

Customer service attitude. Asked about breakfast it was canceled and the pool canceled

The breakfast was better than I expected we enjoyed the fresh made waffles hot coffee and refreshing apple juice. The room was spacious the bed super comfy. Room was cleaned.

When getting off elevator on my floor smell of cigarettes but It was just in the hall in room it was no smell.

I like how the staff are helpful and show support.

I didn't like the way my room felt with the area. But it was an exceptional stay nonetheless.

The bed was comfortable

The accessible shower did not have much power. The shower head was broken. The room was small and the couch is in the way for wheelchairs. ⁰

I liked the property’s location, cleanliness and privacy

I was disappointed with the breakfast not having any meat

it was ok but outside environment wasn’t good

the restroom didn’t work properly. we had to fix inside the water pump. the club outside was annoyed the first night. we expend 2 nights and was so annoy. music and people.

Everything was clean and beds where comfortable

The pool. The location was perfect. Not on the beach but close enough

Too many kids just sitting around outside in the parking lot. Dont know what they were doing. Stayed there 4 days an they were always there in different spots
