Suburban Studios near Panama City Beach

It had a kitchenette with dishes, lots of space, very clean, and mostly quiet. Staff was friendly. After 11pm, you need your room key to enter the lobby, so random people aren’t in and out.

It is about 10 miles from the beaches, so a little drive but very doable. Some neighbors were very loud at times.

I was pleasantly surprised with the accommodations. The only issue I had was that there was a wet towel underneath the air conditioning unit. I was not sure if the previous occupant had left it there and the cleaning crew just missed it or if if was there because the unit had a leak. I saw that it was wet and didn't touch it.

Outside of the towel and the fact that the toilet paper holder was loose in the wall, there really wasn't anything I didn't like. The cost was great for the area and I would stay there again.

Rooms where where nice and had plenty of room bath room was roomy and the door open out. So the floor towel didn't get pushed back when the door opened but the biggest good impression made on me was that they ask for a $50 deposit cause the rooms are non-smoking well I only had 20's so I just let them hold $60 and upon check-out I'm getting the money back I guess I didn't see I actually gave $80 cause they bills where crisp. Even though the deposit slip attached to the bills said $60 the cashier gave me the $80 when technically he didn't have to

If I had to complain about anything I'd have to complain about the dishes supplied in the room. At check-in I was informed that if the dishes needed to be cleaned when we left they would bill the card supplied for payment $25 for having to clean the dishes. When we went to use any of the dishes they had to be washed. Spoons, fork, etc had food still on them. And last complaint is the elevator taking 10 mins if felt at times to come to my floor.

Room and bed were comfortable, the facility was quiet and staff was friendly

The double room with the kitchenette. We felt safe during the whole trip and that the access to your room is thru the front desk entrance only.

Poor ventilation in the bathroom with Mold spots on the walls and ceiling.

I checked out Sunday morning before my checkout time. I occupied the room alone so there was nothing that would prevent me getting my deposit back. Yet, I still have not received the $50 deposit. The stay and the facility were all exceptional otherwise.

i mainly liked the location, it was 10 mins from the beach.

It had people that kind of hanged around were you wouldn’t want to leave anything in bed of truck.

The size of the rooms. Everything was nice and clean.

Everything was good. Nice sized clean rooms. Friendly staff. The only thing that could have been better would have been a pool, lol. We enjoyed our stay.
