This property is sparkling clean… great staff, located in a great near all I needed. Most of all the room was big Bed and pillows were so comfortable which is so important to me sinceI have a chronic back problem. Bathroom had plenty towels for our stay and the quietness was amazing… Now huge highway truck or car noises. Now going downstairs for breakfast we found the staff making aure everything was being re-stacked as food came down and cleaning was a priority around the breakfast room. Reception staff are very kind and so helpful. I had an issue with a double booking and after speaking to the manager personally and even though it was not a mistake done by the hotel but by the connection of the web page of booking Mr Donald after listening to the explanation cancelled the charges for a mistake done by other party. He also offer to feel free to call if any other need comes when I stay sometime again. I will make sure this will be my permanent place to stay when I come back to visit my love ones.

Carlee at the front fest was very nice. We arrived about 3 hours before check in because we drove in from Ga. and she was so helpful. She gave us the option to check in early but we decided to wait for a room on the 3rd floor. The location is 20 mins from the beach which was perfect to me because the beachfront places are way overpriced. The stay here was comfortable and clean and we drove to the beach everyday. My family enjoyed the breakfast. The pool and whirlpool area was clean and relaxing. 10/10 would recommend.

There are not many choices for breakfast, but it was enough to fill my belly. I liked that when I arrived close to midnight the person on duty welcomed me with so much energy like it was in the morning. He was funny as well and surely made my day. He is the right man for the right job.

Bathroom was just OK, but I am very picky about cleanliness! AC gave off a weird smell, but all in all I liked the room. It was also a bit pricey, but what is not pricey nowadays… I would go back anytime.

Clean place, staff was ok, not super friendly but not rude. Breakfast was passable, better than average. The shower was nice. Indoor pool, didn't use it , it looked nice. The location is good, near a lot of things you may need..

Coffee was bad. Shouldn't even call it coffee. Everything else was good. The parking lot is a little small

Spacious rooms. Nice pool. OK fitness center. Very helpful and kind staff. Great value for money compared to others. Parking just in front of the hotel. It is on one of the main big streets so it is very well connected.

There was some weird smell from AC - not really unpleasant but somehow it still made the air in the room a bit heavy. Also the AC is quite loud and wouldn't stop the fan even when it reached the temp, so we had to unplug it overnight. The breakfast selection is OK but a bit modest.

Everything was amazing and clean, the bed just sucks you right in it, thank God for the sofa in the room. I would've slept the whole trip. The pool and hot tub were amazing and I can't swim. Definitely will book here again for sure. The entire staff was amazing from the time we came Fri till we left Sunday. Yes will definitely book here again.

The staff was excellent. Everyone was kind and courteous. The room was amazing, all new furniture and very modern. The bathroom was awesome. I had a wonderful time and definitely plan to go back.

The breakfast was okay but I was hoping that the hotel would have offered fresh fruit or a smoothie bar. The breakfast options were not the healthiest of choices. Please provide cereal and milk instead of cereal bars.

the bed and pillows were very comforable. Most importanly the ac/heat unit was to one side so it didn't blow directly on the bed closest to the unit. The hotel was set back from the main highway so didn't hear traffic noise. The breakfast bar was exceptional on it's snacks since there were no eggs, biscuits etc. The waffle machines actually worked well.

I am a early riser and would have liked to use the sauna, pool, jacuzi in the early morning. It didn't open till 11 am at which time I was already up and away.

great choices liked that you had two different sausage biscuits to choose from. I liked the small and large waffles. The syrup tasted good and so did all the juice choices.

everything was great. No changes need.The grad and go part was fantastic and I loved making my own waffle especially the mini ones. But I didn't like the fact there was no breakfast bar.

Facility is outstanding! Bed extremely comfortable. Big screen TV. Very innovative window blinds which I wish I knew where to get (looked for a brand name on them and did not find). Not familiar with the area, but it appeared to be in a better area than the majority of other hotels that I passed on the way in.

This did not bother me, but some may be uncomfortable with the fact that the floor in the room was very uneven. I also did not like that the pool and jacuzzi don't open until 11, making it impossible to enjoy them before leaving on your final day. It is also not directly on the road and a little difficult to find if you are not familiar with the area (it is behind several businesses and reached by an access road).
