The place was clean and nice people The kitchen lady Sherry was so nice and went out of her way to make sure we had everything for breakfast we needed.

I forgot my new iPhone charger in the room when we checked out and i called back that same day and no one had checked into the room. Management said no one rented room all day but my charger was not there. The only people in the room were the cleaning crew and the people who checked the room for me looking for my charger with the cable. I know it was my fault for leaving it in the room that early morning. Besides that everything was great.

Excellent customer service, close to shopping , restaurants and not far from the airport. The breakfast area was clean, food prepared as scheduled and it was good. I would like to see maybe grits and potatoes added to the menu for a little more variety.

I can't think of anything that would have made my stay any better at this time. The hotel was clean and staff responded to questions in a very professional manner. I had a chance to interact with the Owner/Manager (Don) who was very attentive and helpful with making checking in easy.

This property is sparkling clean… great staff, located in a great near all I needed. Most of all the room was big Bed and pillows were so comfortable which is so important to me sinceI have a chronic back problem. Bathroom had plenty towels for our stay and the quietness was amazing… Now huge highway truck or car noises. Now going downstairs for breakfast we found the staff making aure everything was being re-stacked as food came down and cleaning was a priority around the breakfast room. Reception staff are very kind and so helpful. I had an issue with a double booking and after speaking to the manager personally and even though it was not a mistake done by the hotel but by the connection of the web page of booking Mr Donald after listening to the explanation cancelled the charges for a mistake done by other party. He also offer to feel free to call if any other need comes when I stay sometime again. I will make sure this will be my permanent place to stay when I come back to visit my love ones.

Comfortable bed, pillows, great friendly staff and cleanliness/

The hotel is ideally located so that we can get to attractions. The facility was clean, neat and well kept.

Night front desk person was a bit grumpy; acted as if we were putting him out in order to check-in. Non-communicative, very little information, very brusque. Not rude, but not service oriented.

Very pleasant, comfortable, able to control room temperature, refrigerator, comfortable bed. Iron and board.

The coffee in the dining room. I tried it the first day. Did not have coffee 2nd or third morning. It was that bland. Whoever made the coffee didn’t add enough coffee. Tasted like hot water with some coffee.

There are not many choices for breakfast, but it was enough to fill my belly. I liked that when I arrived close to midnight the person on duty welcomed me with so much energy like it was in the morning. He was funny as well and surely made my day. He is the right man for the right job.

Bathroom was just OK, but I am very picky about cleanliness! AC gave off a weird smell, but all in all I liked the room. It was also a bit pricey, but what is not pricey nowadays… I would go back anytime.

Rob at the front desk was an absolute delight. He made the experience better. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

I only stayed for a night. I don't have much to say except it was good experience for the limited time I was there.

Carlee at the front fest was very nice. We arrived about 3 hours before check in because we drove in from Ga. and she was so helpful. She gave us the option to check in early but we decided to wait for a room on the 3rd floor. The location is 20 mins from the beach which was perfect to me because the beachfront places are way overpriced. The stay here was comfortable and clean and we drove to the beach everyday. My family enjoyed the breakfast. The pool and whirlpool area was clean and relaxing. 10/10 would recommend.

The property was very clean, the pool area was clean. Bed was comfortable. Location is great!

The guy that checked us in and out was not friendly. Also, I left my pillow (my fault I know!!) and came back within 15 minutes. I got my pillow back missing a pillow case? What did they do with it lol.
