Super comfortable room. We had to use the room to do some work as well as sleep and the roominess made this very easy! Great location with lots of food options around.

Inconsistent cleaning of room. We had to ask to get our room cleaned. Sometimes the room was only partially done - towels delivered but not put where they belonged/trash removed but beds not made. Only times the room was really serviced was when we spoke to the staff in the morning insisting our room be serviced.

very friendly helpful staff. The beds were very comfortable, pool was clean, great coffee and breakfast each morn. Manager came in on day off to tend to concerns and came to our room and reset our tv immed on request. Across the board staffing seems to remain an issue no matter where you go and saw same faces 4 days. Our room was clean, stocked well..

It was clean and very affordable . I would stay again. They offered hot tea and coffee 24 hrs. Hot breakfast from 6-9 am . Friendly staff.

They had construction to property . Small things when we got there had a stain on pillow case and sheets .. however they fixed right away. Due to construction some things a missing light fixtures outlet covers ext . But I have to say was a great stay .

the hotel is under renovation, so lots of construction materials in the lobby area, and the 4th floor (where our rooms were) was still clearly under construction, so no art on the walls and no carpet in the hallways. The pool area is sort of small

Friendly staff

Hotel was a wreck but due to Ian. A little noisy from guests. The breakfast area was a mess some mornings all coffee pots were empty so I drove to the 7/11 for coffee. Dont know if it were guests or employees outside getting high right by the entrance. Not cool.

Staff was always helpful and attentive to our needs. We had a death in the family in Port Charlotte and it was very close to everything we needed to do.

Breakfast the first day was not good. The person(s) who were responsible for it didn't show for work. The other days breakfast was good.

The room was roomy and comfortable

The hotel is being renovated, no carpet in the hallway no baseboards in the room kindda made it look unfinished. Thought they should have let us know before we got there. Was there for five days and this was our second stay there.

Good breakfast...lots of choices. Location was close to everything . Didn't like the stuff hanging on the window, but knew they were putting new windiw treatments in.

Just said it above.....also as seniors getting the last room down the hallway. Would have liked something closer to elevator

I liked the location. We were visiting family and the hotel was close to where they live. The hotel is on its final stretch of putting in new floors because of the damage caused by hurricane Ian. But it didn't interfere with service or our stay. They did a great job.

The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub were clean and the grounds were well kept. The breakfast was good and offered many different options. The night time cookies were an added treat. Why would you stay anywhere else? I give it 10 ⭐️‘S PLUS!

No improvement’s I can think of. When you pay attention to every detail there is no need for improvement.
