Location was brilliant. Walking distance to Mall. Metrorail convenient to everywhere. Accommodation fantastic.

Didn’t have a problem with anything….although maybe $200 to clean the room a bit high. It was spotless when we left.

The apartment was clean when we walked in. We really appreciated the full kitchen and having a washing machine and dryer in our apartment. Plenty of parking in the parking garage. Restaurants and shopping is only a quick 7 minute walk (Dadeland). You also have a Target and a Dicks sports next door (2 minute walk). The Metrorail is also next door for getting to downtown or the airport. If you want to save money, this place is perfect for those who do not want to rent a car.

The only thing I can think of is that the apartments can use a update. But this is being really picky.

The location is the best, close to everything in Dadeland. I usually stay in the area. The building is nice, very well located, you have Target, avis, budget, restaurants,etc, just across the internal street, apartment 802, where we stayed, was very good, but the beds were very uncomfortable. They need to change those mattresses, please. If you do that, your customers will appreciate it. I will stay in that place, again, and the staff (Ms. Nelly is a very nice person and super attentive.

Spacious clean apartment with kitchen facilities and use of a washer dryer. Also use of a roof top pool, which was as warm as bathwater, plus there is a gym and free coffee facilities. Parking is free and you have a permit to use for your stay. A welcome bag of a few basics was a nice touch. A great view of the Miami skyline from the balcony. Walking distance to Target for some food essentials. Perfectly adequate for a short stay rental.

The key / lock fit in the door was a little fiddly. The kettle did not work in the kitchen. The bed was a little too firm, so not super comfortable. You are at the mercy of other residents as you can hear them on their balcony, or in the next apartment (you can tell when they have their washer/dryer on) and you can hear people talking loudly in the street. (however noise insulation appears to be an issue across many american abodes).

The apartment, location and staff were execeptional, extremely convenient and comfortable.

We did have an issue with each toilet in the apartment backing up, but the staff were prompt to resolve and the Garbage disposal was not working in the sink. Also we were there for 2 weeks however in the last couple of days whoever had the apartment above us was extremely loud throughout the early hours of the morning and it affected us sleeping as there was a lot of kids shouting screaming and running around above our heads.

It was a good size and clean. I liked having the kitchen to use.

The internet and cable didn't work, so I wasn't able to watch TV at all or do anything I needed to that needed wifi. I tried doing the things that were suggested but it didn't work. I would like to stay there again for the convenience of the location, but having internet and cable use is very important to everyone and would hold me back from booking there again.

We stayed here to help our new college student move to University of Miami. It’s only a short drive to campus. Maybe 10-15 minutes. Pros: Right across from Target, Bed Bath and Beyond, Best Buy, and Michael’s. (Huge plus when moving into a dorm) Target has a Starbucks and Pizza Hut inside. Parking inside the parking garage Security Very clean Quiet Has everything you need in order to cook meals and save money in leu of dining out. Dishwasher, microwave, dish soap, sponge, paper towels included Washer and dryer in unit with detergent provided Hair dryer, iron, ironing board Nice pool and gym on 7th floor Plenty of space (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms) Plenty of room even if you used the pull out sofa. Our unit was nicely decorated. TV is living area and master bedroom Filtered water and ice from the fridge There’s a few places to eat on the bottom level

Cons: Parking garage might be a tight fit for some especially trucks or SUVs. No full length mirror

The apartment was so spacious it definitely exceeded my expectations . It had all the amenities u could think of, all working properly. The shower was fine the befs with huge and comfy the sofa as well! The aircon was super easy to use. The balcony was great. Extra pillows and covers werw given there was so much storage space ans basically walk in closets. It was 10min walk to a train station to take you to the centre of miami. Great food spots suggested by the hotel, friendly staff - really cant complain

Not much there to not like. I would just advise to have a car whilst staying there because most shops and malls although close it takes a long time to walk around it as the hotel surrounded by motor ways / highroads We had a friend with a car so we experienced a mixture There was some small ants in the master bedrooms bathroom but they didnt bother us so much si we didn't report it but just warning x

I liked that it was walking distance from target, the parking was free, the rooms were large, and the elevator could only be accessed by key. I felt safe there. I also didn’t hear much noise from the neighbors. The coffee, gym, and pool were also convenient, although the coffee machine did break down our second day there.

There wasn’t much I didn’t like. The location is the only downfall if you are looking to spend a lot of time downtown. It’s about a 30-40 drive. There are a lot of great food options nearby though. The AC is also tricky to figure out, but once we did, it worked well.

Convenient location for University of Miami. Easy access to Target and other useful stores. The gym and pool area are perfect. Apartment is fully equipped with everything needed and parking is included.

Parking can be a bit tight for guests but it’s included so it’s very difficult to beat that in this area.
