We liked the location, room, breakfast, and everything.

For the guests who wish to stay longer, housekeepers do not clean the room everyday, which is okay. But, it does not mean that the guests do not need towels, toilet paper, and etc. When we asked one house keeper to give us a toilet paper, she had a very rude attitude. It was like she was giving us money from her pocket. Her expression and tone of voice were not professional. She was mumbling behind me that I did not know what I wanted. Please tell the housekeepers to be professional or not to take the job if they have ego problem and think that they deserve a better job!!! I would like to suggest offering a package including towels, toilet paper, and etc. everyday to people who want to stay longer without communication with the housekeepers. Thank you very much.

I enjoy Holiday Inn Express facilities normally. Staff is almost always very accommodating.

I didn’t like that they called me on check in day asking me to switch to king room when I reserved two queen bed room for my children. I said sorry but that I really needed the room that I reserved. Once I got there later on, I found that they changed my room anyways. My kid who was playing baseball, had to sleep on a pullout couch and his back hurt. I had him sleep in the bed the next night and took the backache on myself. No apologies were made not any kind of credit was offered. I was disappointed.

I loved the rooms! They were very spacious and had blackout shades! The shower had Dove shampoo/conditioner and body wash, which was very nice. The sink had Dove hand soap and Dove lotion! The ice cold water in the lobby was great. The pool was a perfect spot to cool off

the continental breakfast wasn't that great. The pool towels were difficult to find, no signage showing where the clean ones are and where the dirty ones go. I had a room that overlooked i4 and it was very noisy during the day/evening hours, but I couldn't really hear it much at night.

Beautiful facility, well designed and maintained by the staff. You feel welcomed and at home once you walk through the door. The staff are friendly and helpful, eager to ensure you have a great stay. The room is well layed out and feels very comfortable after a long day of traveling.

Just wish I could have stayed longer. Just a wonderful place that is almost serene both day and night. Exceedingly clean and well organized throughout the hotel.

Wow, this looks like every other hotel from the road, but inside it is VERY NICE. Right next to i-4 but you can't hear the noise from the highway. Room was designed by a Genius, great for couples or singles with enough room to chill out during the day, or work on the computer at the desk. It is the future of room designs, much bigger room, must have been bigger than a king sized bed, the room was huge, luxury bathroom. This is one of the nicer hotels i've been in in Lake Mary/Sanford, FL. Walking distance to mcdonalds, starbucks & wawa. Quiet, beautiful property, very clean, big expansive & futuristic, will def need to stay there again as it exceeded all my expectations, beautiful property, well done

the noise transfer in between rooms, but the room was just so big beautiful & well designed it didn't matter. What a beautiful hotel - i felt like i was rich for 5 days! lol. makes anyone feel like an influencer, beautiful beautiful property, well done

The staff was amazing. Myka provided me with ear buds when I was desperate at 1am because my husband was snoring. 😅 Doreen who I know for a long time was very helpful. I know her from another hotel. She was like always. Pleasant. The other 2 ladies were very friendly and talkative. When I left I told the lady I loved the pillows and she even told me I could find them at Amazon. Your rooms are beautiful. My husband loved the TV. Breakfast was excellent. Actually better than other Holiday Inn Express. Especially those cinnamon rolls. Keep up the great work.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable! The breakfast exceeded my expectations! The hotel is in walking distance of restaurants and convenience store.

They ran out of bacon and it took 20 minutes to replenish! That is my only complaint! Bad timing on my part....! Also, they only have hotel transportation on Tuesday and Thursday. I had to take a taxi to Sanford-Orlando Airport.

The hotel was clean and everyone was friendly! The beds were comfy and it was quiet. The location is amazing there is so much convenient places close by. Would definitely recommend and will be staying there again soon!!!! This is the second holiday inn I have stayed at and definitely my favorite hotel, I stayed at more expensive hotels that did not meet my expectations like this one did!!! Thanks so much to all the staff there!!!!!

The breakfast was ok wish there would have been bacon but overall it was ok.

Food choices were good. Location was fairly convenient from airport. Facility was clean and tidy. Morning front desk staff was grit and helpful.

Service time for breakfast was short for people from other time zones and late flight arrival. Another 30 minutes or an hour of food service would have been appreciated. Late night checkin staff at front desk were not very friendly.
