Bathtub cleanliness and appearance

The facility was great.

A great facility, but killed a roach crawling up a wall in our room before we left. Hoping an egg or baby didn't make it into our luggage.

I just can't say enough about how impressed I was with just everything about my stay here. It is a beautiful facility, the room was so modern, clean, comfortable and it had everything I needed. The breakfast was so delicious with the waffle maker. Now I even want one in my house. lol We asked for late checkout and we enjoyed the pool for a while before leaving for our flight the next morning. Thank you for being nearby the Sanford Airport, I will be using your hotel every time I travel to the area again.

You can't change perfect, but i have a feeling you will try. :) I never leave reviews online, but I feel this deserves a great one.

The room was clean and dark. There were extra toiletries in the room. The stay was pleasant. Many choices for breakfast. No Noise in my room.

the night person was very rude. She was not at the front desk when I arrived and I had to look around for help since I waited for at least 5-10 minutes. I assume someone saw me because a gentleman came out of the staffroom. He said something to the lady and she got upset at him and treated me very rudely like it was my fault.

room was big, had a king size bed and the room was clean, the breakfast was good and plentyful

bed was too hard, but you can't make everybody happy. while the breakfast was good the aria was confusing, when you walk up you see 1 breakfast buffet. Bagels, toast ,eggs, sausage.... if I wouldn't ask a other guest where he had toasted his toast I never would found out that behind a glass wall is more stuff like the toaster and waffle set up

The location was perfect and the staff was very pleasant. I loved the fact they are pet friendly. That alone will keep me going back. The room was very clean and the wifi was fast. The bed was very comfortable.

No towel service at the pool you had to get your towels in the lobby at the front desk.

BREAKFAST SERVICES, COMMONS AREAS ARE NICE INCLUDING THE POOL.

HOTEL COMPANY NEEDS TO UPGRADE THE ROOM FURNITURE, CARPET, ALSO THE BATHROOMS ARE OUT OF UPDATES, THE BASEBOARD ARE FULL OF DIRTS, THE LAMINATE FLOOR WAS STICKY, NOT ENOUGH LIGHTS AT THE ROOM. TOWELS ARE HARD AND OLD. AND IS URGENT TO UPGRADE, CHANGE THE ELEVATORS, IT LOOKS LIKE A CARGO ELEVATORS.

I was worried when I saw that this is rated as a 2 or 3 start hotel. It was just as nice as some others that are rated much higher. The room was nice and clean, the bedding was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly, the jacuzzi and pool area were very nice.

The batteries in the remote control for the tv were dead. The maids should check that when they turn over the room. Luckily, the front desk was able to give me a working remote. The drain could have used some work as the shower didn't drain properly. All very minor things that I have experienced at much more expensive hotels.

Some of the housekeeper are real nasty like a short black girl she seems to always has an attitude when you ask for thing not nice.. I love the other one she has blonde hair ( not familiar with her name but she tall slim, with blond hair she's really nice and try her best to answer anything you need to know with the best although she don't speak English very well.

The hotel seemed clean except for a couple comforters. The staff did swap them out for us. The waffles were great, but I would have liked to have seen more variety in the choices. The key cards gave us issues at times. And the elevators definitely need to be updated. However, we would definitely stay here again.
