Homewood Suites by Hilton Lake Mary

Great stay and the rooms were great size. We chose the the two bedroom suite which was amazing and spacious. Came with a semi full kitchen great for rehearing meals. Staff was amazing and rooms were very clean.

You can barely catch an Uber or Lyft. Takes about 30 plus minutes for an Uber to appear available. Apparently the area we were located isn’t a popular area to find Uber’s. Which had nothing to do with the hotel. Just be prepared to drive your rental and drive responsibly.

We didn’t get the chance to partake in eating breakfast however, the coffee was great. We especially like the options in creamers. Also considering COVID, breakfast was quick.

Our stay was wonderful. We did see some bugs however we spoke with the front desk and they assured us all would be taken car of. When we returned to our room, everything was taken care of. Because of the quick response, that made my family and I more comfortable staying. We realize things happen that are out of our control, all I ask is that we take care of it before the situation becomes out of hand. The staff did just that. They took care of the situation.

Fitness center was great, the patio with 2 grills was great

Would’ve preferred pancakes/French toast/bacon but instead there was mixed vegetables and some type of bean/rice type entree.

Staff was great and helpful. Especially Natalia, Gabriel, Steve, and Jayred.

Needs repair which is supposed to happen. Housekeeping was poor and non available. Fridg didn't work, water ran in tub and sink.

The hotel was very clean, the breakfast was included, nothing special but it was good. Josh and Jenifer from the front desk were very helpful, every time me or anyone from my group requested something they were just there, very efficient and attentive, that’s how service should be everywhere. They sell some snacks, beverages and wine.

Great breakfast, nice pool, easy to get there, nice restaurant delivery options. Josh checked us in and was the most helpful person we could ever ask for!

Thought the putting green would be in better shape

Hotel staff is very friendly, rooms are spacious, clean & comfortable. The location was great, I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area!

Beds and room The feel of privacy

A little of confusion with my stay. I extended my stay and cleaning crew got the message late and remove some of my items. Left some but took others. The front desk guy did the best to recompense me with pantry downstairs. So I was thankful for his empathy. Other than that everything was great!

The room is like a small apartment. We were very pleased with the layout. We will definitely be back.

The rear elevator needs repaired. It jerks around and the selection button panel was very loose. The 1st floor carpeting should've been replaced awhile ago.
