Had an absolutely fabulous time the owner went above and beyond her And a group of friends were there decorated my door with birthday celebrations, stuff, and left me a present, very kind and thoughtful. Can't wait to come back instead again!

Just a suggestion maybe leave more goodies like Toilet paper trash bags, a few waters, beach towels. Just little things that will make it more home like

1. The air conditioning worked really well. 2. Can fit a lot of people if needed. 3. Outdoor patio was nice. 4 Key code was convenient. 5. Walking distance to Publix and restaurants. 6. Cute area with some other tourists. 7. Great considering we didn’t we’re not at the property much! Outside group area looked fun!

1. Had to Uber to the beach (would have been a 55 minute walk) 2. The shower pressure was really low. Also, the shower door did not shut. 3. The ladder to the lofted bed was straight up and moved a lot! 4. After a couple days it started to smell like sewer. 5. A bit of a sketchy neighborhood/anyone can wander around! 6. Beds were not comfortable and pillows were really flat!

I had an amazing stay at Tiny House Siesta! The space was cozy, clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable night. The unique tiny house experience was so fun, and the location was perfect—just a short walk to the beautiful Siesta Key Beach. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and unique getaway!

There were lots of windows on the top by where you sleep, which is nice, but they didn't have curtains, so in the morning lots of light came in, which woke us up. My only suggestion is to add curtains to the top windows.

The location was great and the house was cute! The property management was super responsive and they even sent someone over to check on the property for us when there was a small confusion over which property we were in. I would definitely go again and recommend to others.

The AC unit was on one side of the property instead of the middle for better airflow but they are in the middle of updating all their units so not even a complaint, just nice to see that they saw and issue and are prompt in correcting it so all guests are comfortable.

The short trip to the beach made it easy for beach days. We stayed in the yellow life guard, it was the perfect fit for 3 of us. We had a small issue with A/C on arrival they respond immediately with the property manager would be notified. The property called with in minutes to say they would be right out, with in an hour they had been out fixed the issue, we had left for the beach and they call with an update on what had been done and it was fixed! Excellent customer service!

It’s hard to find an issue. Enjoyed our weekend!

I realize that the weather was unusual, but Amy’s tiny house was freezing! The heater was insufficient, and there should’ve been a comforter.

We stayed in the Eleanor (pictured as the navy blue tiny home, number 15, also potentially called Pina Colada based on information texted to me before check in). The location was quiet and right off of a main road, even at night there weren’t revving cars and I couldn’t hear the traffic at all. Cozy and a lot of fun for our one night stay. Not a con, just an FYI. The bed on the top was probably a double, and was comfortable but it was warmer up on the top, to accommodate there was a fan that made it quite comfortable. The bottom bed was a twin I believe and tucked into a nice little alcove.

There was some funk on the shower curtain, but everything else was nice and clean.

Plenty of space for guests. It was fenced off so we had privacy. I was allowed to have a small birthday gathering on site. A friend let something behind and the host called immediately. Thank you so much!

Wish there was more seating outside, and maybe some sort of shaded area as the sun hits directly on patio. Grill a little rusted. Update photos to show what is actually on site for use. Possible additional parking. It sleeps up to 6 but parking for 1 vehicle if opposite site has more then 1 vehicle. There is a business lot across the street but was not sure if they would tow or ticket us.

The tiny house was great. The layout was so cute and original, yet functional. The location is virtually a stone's throw away from Siesta Key, with immediate access to Sarasota throughways. The street itself was very quiet and easy going. The check-in process was one of the smoothest I've ever experienced.

Some of the building materials were on the cheaper quality side, which can be problematic in a tiny home because every inch of a tiny home is subjected to high usage/ traffic. Also, a bit more attention could've been paid to cleaning. I found someone else's hair on the shower door and there were some cobwebs clinging to one of the high windows.

Ladies trip. Aunt and nieces. It was so perfect for our get away. We all wanted to experience a Tiny home experience. It over flowed our expectations. Fully equipped. Delightful and private courtyard expands living space. Park in front of your door. We were in Coral. It would sleep 6. There were three of us. Each had a super comfortable bed and still had a sofa to sit on that also went to a bed. For pet owners!!!!! Your own courtyard for those middle of the night go out to pee trips. Large Field across from you. And the stroll down the street to view the variety of tiny homes all painted in pretty colors and murals, your dog will enjoy it too! Siesta key is very pet friendly. I saw two little doggies on the beach. Appeared to be their first time. You can walk to Carrabba's, Mexican restaurant, Cafe Amalfi. We had true and real NY pizza. A trolley runs up and down the main drag by the beach. We didn't use it. We had really easy and convenient parking at turtle beach. Just south of crescent beach. Spacious and pretty. If you have a pet 🐕 or even no pet. Check this out. A fun experience and very accommodating. Thank you!!!
