This little “inn” was situated in a great location. There was food, cafes, nightlife and more all within the surrounding blocks. The room was clean and well stocked. The staff was friendly and answered questions in a prompt, professional manner. Apparently it is a renovated historic building, with businesses on the first floor & the living quarters on the second floor with a private entrance, adding to the character of the stay.

Overall this was a great place to stay just be aware these are Air BnB type hotel rooms located above businesses. There is no staffed reception area so you are given a personalized code to access the main door to the “living quarters” and your room. The only complaint I have about the room itself is the curtains were not black-out grade so the light from the parking lot outside was vaguely visible all night but it didn’t really matter to us, as we were so exhausted from our travels.

We were very pleased with our rooms. Beds were comfortable, room was cleaned, had extra sheets and blankets. The shower was very small but the water was hot and had complimentary bodywash and shampoo. AC worked great. Nice location. Linen was clean. Staff were great and kept in communication about everything throughout the stay.

Small shower and 1 of the rooms had a mildew smell but everything was great will would definitely stay there again!!

from the mini kitchen with all amenities….to the well-stocked basic toiletries…..and an exceptionally comfortable bed…this property was a terrific fit for me. and the double security entry gave me peace of mind! Within walking distance to Whole Foods, Winn-Dixie, and many many restaurants (including old Lisbon which was marvelous!) I had a truly wonderful experience. And upon arrival the property manager brought by a bag of their own tree ripened mangoes! I had mentioned my love of mangoes while communicating with them and this was a delightful surprise.

my one complaint is a purely personal preference: the pillows were a bit dense for me, I like mine a bit softer. But I am sure they will be exactly what someone else is looking for!

I’ve stayed here twice and didn’t have quite as big of a room this time but it was on the quieter side of the building. This is a no frills place but done nicely and is well-located if your kid goes to UM.

They could use a small couch or comfy chair in each room. Also, the bathrooms are very bare-bones, although they are clean!

Has everything you need and property is helpful if there's any issues. Well located and near a grocery store and shops in walking distance which is nice. Would recommend for others in the area.

It was very hard to find. No one told us it was upstairs and if it hadn't been for the young man at the shop downstairs we would never have found it
