Location, cleaness

The only 2 things I did not like was that the cleaning room service came almost at 3pm. I left early in the morning and when I came back around 1pm my room was not cleaned. The other thing was that at the pool I wanted a big umbrella to be open for me to sit under it and there was no staff to do so. I had to wait till they open at 3pm for the staff of the bar to do it. I probably waited 45 minutes for that. I seems no one else can open an umbrella 😏

spacious room, nice view, clean, they provide complimentary water bottles, coffee and tea, welcome drinks, good location for coral gables activity, 20 - 30 min from Miami center (downtown/Brickell) - Miami beach depending on traffic. Valet parking available as well as free night parking on a safe road facing the hotel if available spots. Nice staff, good service. Breakfast not included but very good options and taste in a nice restaurant. Food is good in the restaurants.

Low light in the room, hard for getting ready or makeup. No food or beverage is available during closing hours of restaurants even during the day. Far and traffic from downtown Miami area

The hotel is very convenient to the University of Miami. We were visiting our daughter. The pool is very nice. The atmosphere of the hotel is very tropical and has a high end appearance.

Getting out of the hotel garage is a frightening experience to merge on the highway. Parking a car is also a high expense. The shower leaked the whole time. The breakfast was not at the level it should have been to match pricing. We were not offered refills on coffee either which sounds trivial but it was not what should happen at a hotel that normally charges 500.00 a night. Our first trip there was much nicer.

Thesis is absolutely wonderful. My girlfriend and myself had an amazing time. The views are exceptional, the staff was friendly Shout out to Janay who checked us in and welcome us with a glass of wine to kick off a wonderful stay. Both restaurants had some good food and drink options but I would have to say Orno was the best. The oysters were amazing and the drinks I give an A+. The bed was comfortable, and the room is spacious.

What I really like was the room great and our bathroom was lovely. It was a big bathroom I enjoyed relaxing in tub. The Air-condition was set on a right temperature I didn't have to change it.

What I didn't like was that I brought some couch fitters for the 3rd floor restaurant for 17.00 for five, to me, it's seems all burned but them that's the way they cook it.

This hotel was beautiful. The staff was amazing. Everyone was very friendly. It was clean.  very accommodating. 

Didn’t like the parking situation, I typically like to park my own car, but that wasn’t major. And the blankets were sort of thin. I would have liked it if there was an extra blanket in the room. I’m sure I could have asked for one though because the hotel staff was amazing. 

My friends and I went to Miami for a bachelorette party. Shavon and the staff treated us very well. The food at Orno and Mamey was delicious. My friends and I utilize the fitness center and pool. We love the pool and had a small gathering with music. It was wonderful. Mamey on 3rd is a great place to relax, gather and unwind. Our server was very personable and she took good care of us. I would definitely return. It's a great place for friends and family to stay.

The only missed opportunity was request for stayover service.

I loved everything from when I first arrived , greeted my valet , the girl at check in was the sweetest. She upgraded us immediately upon arrival ! Check in was a breeze ! The room was sooo gorgeous and roomy , the beds are so comfy. The bathroom mirror was my favorite !! Breakfast was delicious!!! All the staff was incredible , I couldn't have asked for a better buisness/ birthday vacation with my family ❤️

There is nothing I didnt like about my stay , it was beyond words can explain!

The staff at this property were amazing. Janay and Anthony went above and beyond as well as others. I had 2 interactions with Janay on 2 different days after commenting to my husband how great she was the day before. Really outstanding.

The pool was smaller than expected given you have to pay the “resort” fee

Literally everything! The Staff , the commodity, the food , it was all amazing !! Paula checked us in and after coming from a terrible hotel and experience in South beach , she upgraded us and recommended so many good places near by to see and experience ! Shevon and Paola made us feel special as well since it was my moms and myselves birthdays . They are amazing and helpful !

There was nothing I didnt like about my stay , it was all so clean and beautiful !
