Good location

Couldn’t connect IPhone to TV for airplay or screen mirroring. Staff was not helpful at all in trying to assist with this. An overnight parking valet charge was charged to my account for “visitors” that I had over night (?). This was not the case at all. Not sure how a charge like this can be placed without verifying with the registered guest first. Called to complain. The matter was referred to the supervisor at reception, who never returned my call. Poor reflection on the management unfortunately. I was never given a final invoice when I checked out. It was only emailed to me later where I discovered the valet charge.

Very convenient location in a nice area— near restaurants and shops. Sightseeing locations and parks are very close by as well.

Housekeeping suggestion: Have a way for your guest to indicate what they would like done if the rooms are normally cleaned every other day. I had to tell the front desk that I wanted extra hand towels and my trash emptied because the housekeeper left before I got to the door (No disturb sign was not on my door). I did tell the front desk and received the towels and trash was emptied. Concierge: I could never locate one. I am from out of state and would’ve liked it if there was someone was there to answer my questions. The front desk personnel were busy.

I did enjoy the fact the I had a balcony in my room that overlooked the bay, not every room is in that direction but most of the rooms on the higher floors had balconies from what I could see. Also the hotel has a roof-top pool, and it was cleaned daily, I know because I was there every morning when the pool cleaner would come and clean the pool. I also like that you were walking distance from all food restaurants.

I did not like that the hotel room that I was in did not have USB for charging your electronics, If you did not have a wall block unit then you were screwed unless you had a portable charger of course. So please remember to bring your portable charger or your wall block to charge your electronics.

Location was perfect because we were there for an art festival and we could walk to the show. The room was spacious, comfortable and we enjoyed the perks of staying in this hotel. I like that it was secure and very clean.

There was nothing I did not like. It would be nice if they would offer more discounts during special events that would help cut down on the expenses. But I know this is a business and everyone has the make money.

Loved the extra bathroom and closet space in living area. Also pull out bed was perfectly made up when pulled out plus mattress was very comfortable. Hotel was also very accommodating to not charge me for the previous night when I was supposed to arrive but couldn't because Jet Blue blew an engine while we were in midair and we had to postpone travel to next night instead! Excellent, reassuring and efficient customer service from Andrea!!!

Would have been nice to meet some free bottles of water in room for hydration. Also staff at front desk did not explain how to use elevators and we were stuck on the floor without knowing how to open doors. Situation was quickly resolved as security immediately responded.

It was my second stay at Arya, different travel purposes, different types of rooms, but both experiences were great! I love the hotel location, Coconut Grove is beautiful and has lots of restaurants, cafés nearby; it is very pleasant to go out for a run, stop by at the Free Market for some groceries, or have lunch/dinner at one of the many restaurant options. The hotel has the BEST fitness center which I used every single day and I really had the feeling I was at home!

On my first stay I had parking included in my room which was perfect; on this last stay I had to pay for parking every day which increases a LOT the total trip cost. I would suggest a more reasonable parking fee for those who are staying at the hotel - or maybe a package with a discount if you stay 2+ nights.

The property was in an amazing area. We absolutely loved being able to walk into town to find little restaurants and stores that surrounded. We also appreciated the valet and parking garage, we were able to get in and out quickly when we had busy days planned. We also loved how big and comfortable the room was and how big the bathroom was.

The only thing I could complain about is the elevator but that’s not even that big of an issue for me, the hotel was beautiful.

VERY NICE GUESTROOMS

There's a young lady at the front desk reception that was no kind for service oriented at all. She has an accent and cannot remember her name. We mentioned to her that a smile would help to which she responded: "don't know how a smile can make any difference". She was not pleasant and always cut us short whenever we asked about valet parking, restaurant, etc. Not service oriented at all. On the other hand the other ladies where excellent and very pleasant to deal with.

Location and staff. Very friendly and helpful. Especially Raul and Marina from the front desk. Raul was the best, and he is new, but does his best always.

It should be more careful with the cleaning of the rooms. Especially the rugs and bathrooms.

I booked this last-minute after having an issue with an Airbnb. It was great to be able to book online and check-in an hour later. The hotel is nice, secure and in a good location. It was great having a hotel room with a full kitchen and a balcony. The gym was awesome too -- it's on the top floor with some amazing views of the city (especially at sunset).

The kitchen and bathrooms could be more modern. Granted, the place would cost double if they were.
