I loved everything about my stay at The Saint Hotel and will definitely be back again. It was perfect for a girls trip. The rooms were well stocked and absolutely appreciated the counter space, sink and refrigerator in the room. The attached restaurant was outstanding and the pool was a perfect addition to our stay. The staff was always super helpful and friendly and we even received a free beverage on arrival. Obviously the location to the beach is fantastic and again the hotel has many amenities to help make your stay most enjoyable. Free parking was excellent and the grounds were very well maintained. Highly recommend.

Nothing to mention - the hotel, staff and location exceeded my expectations

Everything! The staff could not have been any nicer or more accommodating - I felt so taken care of. The room was fabulous; it had tasteful, fresh, vibrant decor. The bed was comfy and it has a full kitchen! High end shower products. Guests are offered a welcome drink upon arrival which is lovely. Guests also have access to beach chairs, towels, wagon, umbrellas - super convenient, 5-min walk to the beach.

The only minor bit of feedback I have is the bathroom location for pool - you need to cut through the outdoor dining area of the connected restaurant to get to the bathroom, it’s a little awkward but not a deal breaker by any means!

It was our Wedding Anniversay and we couldn't have chosen a better location. All guests receiveve complimentary beverage or cocktail upon arrival. The staff was tremendously courteous and professional. It was private, clean, friendly, modern and perfect for a special, romantic and private get-away. The view was amazing. The pool was very convenient and they provide towels and robes. Our room was equipped with a mini fridge, microwave and countertop grill, which was very convenient. It's just minutes from the beach and you can literally see the Gulf from the hotel. The food at the restaurant on-site was superb, including the staff! It's a hidden gem and we will definitely stay again!

Everything. The aesthetic, the room, the staff, the location, and 82 Degrees. We live in Orlando and like to visit different areas of Florida and try different types of places to stay. We chose The Saint because I LOVE Mid Century, kitschy, retro types of places so this was perfect. We initially booked one night and when we got to the room decided to book the following night as well so we could use the pool and try the restaurant. We loved every aspect of it and Randy made us feel right at home. Randy was great!

That we didn’t stay longer

LOOOOVEEE this place! It is like visiting a movie set for a modern 50s-inspired movie. The location was absolutely great! You can easily walk or bike to the beach (they'll give you the bikes and even beach chairs and towels) and also visit the local restaurants and get a few extra cocktails without worrying on catching an Uber back to the hotel. There are plenty of activities to do during your stay. If you would like just to chill in your room, this is the place you need to book as well. Our room had a small kitchen with everything you need. They give complementary water, and their coffee is absolutely delicious (room coffee! Believe it or not, it was fantastic). My husband and I will come back soon with more guests, we need them to have the same wonderful experience we had.

Nothing bad at all. BUT... I strongly suggest you guys add a cleaning kit in the bathroom (toilet brush and clorox/disinfectant) so guests can clean after themselves when doing #2 😅🤣🤣🤣...

The most perfect hotel/rentals we could find around St.Pete’s Beach and around. Clean, friendly, perfect espresso machine in every room. They are giving you free wagon with cooler(you can fill it with ice at the hotel), free beach chairs and umbrella! 5 min walk from the perfectly quiet beach! The restaurant 82 degrees located on the second floor in the hotel and food is delicious as well as the restaurant’s modern design and very very friendly bartender Molly! I would rate it 10 out of 5❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥

Wonderful pool, games, and great restaurant on-site.

Quite loud from the restaurant, can hear every door opening and closing, and a bit odd not do any housekeeping each day. We also asked for a late check out and they agreed to accommodate an hour late (until noon). While we were very appreciate of the extra hour, I received a call 20 minutes after the original checkout time as apparently it hadn’t been noted that we were given late checkout. Then the key didn’t work and we had to have it reactivated. Then we received a knock on the door 5 minutes before noon by housekeeping curtly indicating we should be out of the room at noon. We advised that we would only be a few more minutes. Not a great end to the stay feeling extremely rushed out the door. Again, while we appreciated the accommodation of the extra hour, it was not executed well.

The pool is open 24/7 and very well stocked with towels and pool/hot tub temperatures are excellent. We ordered drinks from the bar/restaurant and was able to drink these by the pool. The coffee in the room tasted delicious - so much so that I ordered a coffee machine and coffee program for our business. Location - close to everything - beach on one side and enough places to eat on the other. We were offered a choice of complementary wine and other drinks on arrival to start off our vacation

We would have liked a fan in the room and then realized that there were fans available if only we had asked therefore there is nothing we did not like !!

This was the perfect place to stay during our time in St. Pete’s Beach. The property is beautiful and well-maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Randy was working the front desk during our stay, and he went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The hotel was just a few blocks from the beach and had wagons, beach chairs, umbrellas, and even sand toys for us to borrow. We stayed with our two children, and they enjoyed swimming in the pool every day.

Great staff, location and facilities. Nothing was too much trouble for the excellent staff. Randy and his team were first class hosts with Jenna and Suzy always on hand to help if we needed anything for the room or pool. The room was very spacious and well appointed. This hotel is the perfect size and by not being too big ensures the service remains very personal. Also the location is very good as everywhere we needed was either walking, or a bus/taxi away and we didn’t need a car. Nice sized pool for the size of hotel and an excellent restaurant on site with many good alternative places to eat and drink in the area. We will definitely be using this hotel again

If you want to eat in the restaurant, ensure you book as it is deservedly very popular especially at weekends. But there are plenty of good alternatives in the area.
