I was a great value. Average breakfast of eggs, sausage and waffles. Place had an upscale resort feel but missing a few details to make it excellent.

All an ice machines in multiple buildings said out of order, but I would guess they were turned off. The note said to get ice at office but out of order there too. We had two rooms and both in room coffee makers had the part missing that holds the coffee so unusable. Details make a difference.

We loved the setup..the wine bar, the outside sitting area, the rockers...the design of the rooms was cute The price was awesome and would definitely come back...just a few issues

Food left in refrigerator from last guests and when we reported it, the staff didn't take care of it...they told us to throw it away. Bathroom wall had something on wall across from toilet..either dried squirts or puke Only 2 towels in the bathroom... The staff was not very friendly or accommodating

I loved the aesthetics of the room. The bed was very comfortable.

The room had a smell as if he had been mopped with dirty mop water. I also found strands of hair in bathroom on floor. Cobwebs on balcony rails and outside light fixtures.

The location was ideal. The decor was interesting in a nice way. The bed was very comfortable. We liked that it had a microwave and fridge and that parking was right outside our door. Breakfast was great and even included eggs! something other hotels are withholding.

Some of the guests were questionable and there was alot of noise until 10 pm. It got a little scary, but finally died down and we slept fine.

the amenities and breakfast was good. Lighter breakfast such as cereal was offered as well as eggs, sausages etc . The location is in a busy area but you don’t hear the cars on the road that much and it’s 9/10 quiet during the night. Staff were lovely and respectful.

Although a lot of attention has been put in detail, the floors need to be cleaned using a mop and bucket. My white socks turned black after walking in my room and one of my pillows smelt like cigarettes. The hair dryer was broken and did not work but that wasn’t too much of an issue because Florida is warm and my hair dried quickly. The only improvement the hotel needs is a slightly more attention to detail such as mopping the floors and ensuring simple appliances like hair dryers, irons etc are safe. There was no sticker on the appliances to mention inspection but again, I’m not aware if this is a legal requirement or not in the United States. Everything else was good <3 :)

Thos is the cutest gem of a place. 3 miles from fsu campus. Clean, very nicely kept property. Doors were nicely decorated, and the bed was actually comfortable. Small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Had shampoo and conditioner full size in the bathroom. Pool area was well kept. Not an overly large pool, but good enough for kids and family. No hot tub. Free breakfast and late check out at 11am

They were sold out, and only complaint was they had no extra pillows for the pull out bed we used. We made things work.

Dylan and Nicolette have made a huge difference. They need to run this place permanently. I have stayed here several times, and this visit was amazing. New management, the guy in charge of the grounds (Ronnie), has the place looking amazing. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. Only place I will stay from now on.

The air shut off automatically and heat started to blast and we had no way to control it except shutting it off Also there was mold underneath the shampoo and conditioner containers in the bath tub

The outside of this facility is just beautiful. Especially around the pool area. Not your ordinary pool lounge chairs!! The room was great!! Lots of room to move around with 3 people in it. Nice size bathroom where you did not feel cramped and had 3 separate dispensers located in the shower with shampoo, conditioner and body soap. The bed was WONDERFUL!! So comfy it felt like I was sleeping on by bed at home. And the breakfast was superb!! Eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, bagels, muffins, fruit, cereal, hot oatmeal, if you go hungry, it's your own fault!! lol I did see a wine bar but unfortunately I was not there long enough to try it and it was closed when I got there the night before. And last but definitely not least.... THE STAFF!!! I have never met a more friendly and accommodating staff as they have here! Sweetie, the lady who works the front desk, lets just say when you meet her, you will understand why they call her Sweetie!! She is the best with a smile that will definitely start your morning on the right track!! This is more than just an ordinary hotel, it makes you feel at home!! I wish all hotels were like this one! I will defiantly stay here anytime I am in this area.

We checked in very late, early morning and once we got to our room on the 2nd floor and tried to go in, our keys did not work so I had to go back down to have them program our keys. Then once in the room, I noticed there were no towels so I had to go down again for the second time to get towels for everyone. The young girl working the night window was very apologetic and accommodating to our needs. The towels not being in there was a housekeeping issue, not her fault.
