The atmosphere in the hotel and the room itself exceeded my expectations. From the outside, it looks more dated with the building style. I didn't look at all the photos when I booked but they must think so too because it is not the first one like most listings. The room were updated, clean and the bed was very comfy. The lady at check in and out was very friendly and seemed genuinely happy we were there. I believe her name was Jasmine, she had a great smile, was very efficient and informative . We picked this hotel because it is so close to the venue we were going to - the Civic Center. Walked there in less than 10 minutes and didn't have to worry about parking and traffic.

The outside looks a little dated.

We lost power at home due to Hurricane Idalia, and after 5 days, we decided we needed a break. This was the only hotel that had a room available later in the day, so I was very happy to find it. I was even happier to find that the price was reasonable and it was a very clean, well kept up hotel. I am hoping to visit again under better circumstances and take advantage of the pool next time!

I wish the bar/restaurant was open a little later, but we did get in late

Everyone was very friendly. The room was nice and comfortable- close to FSU campus.

The restaurant wasn’t much of a Tapas place. We also purchased a room through booking.com that was supposed to include breakfast but we had to order off a menu and pay for breakfast. However, the food was good. My son’s burger was over cooked but the salmon with spinach and quinoa was great and the breakfast was good too.

The staff was very kind, and the accommodation was clean and comfortable. It was close to everywhere we wanted to go.

The security is deficient, mainly in the parking lot. There was a sinkhole in the back of the parking lot, which was reported, and nothing was done.

Very good Hotel, nice location, very convenient with a large outside parking. Rooms and beds very comfortable. Staff.very nice..A mention for Aaliyan at the front desk and Roxanne at the breakfast service.

Maybe more choice of food at the bar restaurant .

The fact that we had a huge palmetto bug in our room when we arrived. The staff responded in timely manner but we had to wait for the problem to be resolved which shouldn't have happened at all.

The location is great. The room was very comfortable and had a nice view. The staff was friendly.

The bathtub wasn't clean enough for my wife to feel comfortable taking a bath. And we were disappointed to pay so much and not even get a small breakfast.

Room was very comfortable and clean. Loved the huge window and view. Loved that checkout was at 12pm. Oh and the blackput curtains... amazing.

Room was at an awkward angle/shape. There was no microwave. The spa was out of order. TV channels were very very limited.

difficult to access directly from the main road.. access was one-way only.. and saw a terrible traffic crash at that location second night of stat.

It could have been much better for the price they charge but they don't tell the 15% charge extra for damage protection but u do get it back other than it was good. Would definitely stay again
