Friendly staff. it was nice to get a snack bag upon check-in. It was a few small bags of chips and a couple of bottles of water. They offered a complimentary breakfast that was omelettes and sausage along with cereal, yogurts, bagels, bread for toast and prepackaged muffins. Coffee and juice were also provided.

Room was on the small side, but works for what we needed. Only thing I didn’t like was there’s no “Do Not Disturb” signs to hang on the door. I, personally, don’t care for people being in my room with my belongings when I’m out of the room. Next time I’ll leave word at the counter that service is not needed til check out. I’m kind of a private person. Other than that minor detail, I was fine.

The beds are super comfortable and the breakfast was better than expected😊. Also the size of the room was perfect. Oh and the staff will come knock on your door to ask if u need anything (towels,washcloths,toothpaste,soap, even toothpaste lol) Love it

There's only 1 complaint and that is the lady at the front desk. When I came to check in , idk if she was having a bad day or what, but her customer service was horrible and to be honest she needs to be fired!!! She didn't direct me to what I needed to do ( sign this or that,).. I literally had to ask all the questions without her tellin me anything. Then magically the elevator stopped working while it was about 10 of us in the lobby moving in. (I swear she made it stop) And she did not care at all!! Mind u, the elevator worked the entire time after and I no longer seen her after check in, but all in all she was the bad rotten apple that I didn't like. She is the only reason I'm not giving this place a 10.

The room was very nice. Waited for someone to come to the front desk to check us in for about 15 minutes. The breakfast was very good. I would definitely stay there again!

The only problem we had was checking in. No one was at the front desk. We rang the bell about 4 times but no one showed up. There was a cleaning lady (her second day) that tried to help us find someone to check us in. Finally after about 15 minutes she showed up.

The place was very clean, offered a good breakfast and the parking was well lighted.

Right now, and everywhere you go not only this site it is very difficult to find good qualified and motivated employees to go that extra mile and please a customer beyond their expectations. The front desk was pretty basic for your needs with poor communication with their management. I paid in advance, but the front desk person was not trained properly to recognize this and wanted to bill me for the room again under somebody else name fortunately and old school I had previously printed my pre-payment confirmation to demonstrate Ms. Alexandria that this room was paid in advance. Ms. Alexandria fixed it but when you travel these issues remain in your thoughts...Was I charged double?

I liked the front desk clerk who worked both days I was there. He always smiled, was courteous, and calm. I like that the price was affordabel at $232 for two nights total and it was CLEAN!! Other places I've been to for $75 per night were buggy and DIRTY. I was so happy to come to a clean place for the $114 per night. Please keep it affordable :) Thank you. Coffee was pretty good too.

Other people very noisy in the morning leaving, you can hear noise through the room when people have tv on. Maybe you can do quiet hours, 11 -8 Pm or something like that.

The place was nice. Good location. Not alot of creepy people roaming around. Everything is on the inside so it feels safe. The bathroom wasn't that great. The vanity is very small and not a good spot to put on makeup. But the bed was great. So comfy. No one was knocking on the door a hour before checkout so that was nice too. Overall we would stay again. Good value. We had 2 queen beds for one night for $80.

The bathroom was out dated. Needs a bigger vanity.

The breakfast was very good. Cheese and egg omelette, waffles, sausages, bagels, bread, fruit, and even cereal. The room was very clean, the bath was very hot, and it was exactly what I needed, coming in from a very long day. In fact, it exceeded my expectations. Staff were all friendly and the check-in was extremely smooth.

Not a thing. I was very pleased and tbh, because I've stayed in a lot of places, surprised and grateful.

Friendly staff, felt safer when the front desk worker asked a guy who wandered in off the street to leave. Bed was comfortable and room had a refrigerator which came in handy. Location was near fast food places which was nice because I got in late and needed dinner.

Wish they wouldve put tea bags in the room, not everyone drinks coffee. But this was minor. Everything else was great!

Location was away from the hustle and bustle which I prefer. Beds and pillows were super comfy and it was so quiet. I actually slept well and usually don’t in hotels.I didn’t use the breakfast in lobby which was continental I believe.

Noticed crumbs on carpet from previous guest. Shower had light pressure but still decent. Bathroom was smaller so not much counter space. No lotion sample in my bathroom which is nice especially with cold dry weather.

The room was very large and smelled good. There was a fridge, coffee maker, microwave, etc. The bed was comfortable, and though the pillows were small, they were fine. There was a simple breakfast, nothing fancy, but it got me going and there was plenty of choice.

For this price, all was good, actually.
