The location was great. It was in a business environment yet secluded. Stores and restaurants were nearby. The breakfast was wonderful. There was a variety for everyone!! I wish our stay was longer to enjoy all that the hotel had to offer. I will definitely book them again and in other locations. I loved the Dove products they offered in the bath area. The front desk staff was friendly as they took the time to explain all that the hotel had to offer during our stay.

There was nothing that we didn't like. We just wished we had a longer stay.

Since we were staying a week I was really impressed that there was not only a great breakfast served each morning but Monday through Wednesday "Happy Hour," as they call it, was available. Happy hour was more like dinner and it was great to have that provided for the majority of our stay.

Since it was four of us staying in a suite I would have hoped there would have been an extra set of comfortable beds, however the pull out couch was quite uncomfortable.

Very friendly staff. Clean! Comfy bed and bedding. Loads of fresh white towels. They go above and beyond for what they charge. Even had a dog welcoming station set up in the lobby so your pooch can be refreshed after his travels. Many hotels offer the complimentary breakfast buffet, but this hotel had every possible breakfast items you could wish for. It was actually good. The lighting was above average, in that it wasnt too harsh or glaring, which I appreciate. I wouldn’t stay here for a vacation because it’s not “boutique-y” in that way, but for business or traveling across country stay, this hotel is the best I’ve seen.

The breakfast was great, beds were a dream, housekeeping is killing it. The rooms were super clean. Our rooms were spacious and comfy.

The room decor is quite dated, almost everything in them is some shade of brown. Also, the young girl at the front desk is probably not the person you want to be the face of your hotel. She did not greet us, say hello, say thank you or you’re welcome, she didn’t say how are you or enjoy your stay, and she never once cracked a smile. She was weirdly unfriendly.

The overall room was nice. Very comfortable bed, linens were nice too. 4 pillows, 2 soft & 2 firm. Slept like a baby. Huge room,, Kitchen and a couch, we will be staying with Staybridge Suites again.

Incorrect room number was written on our key envelope. After trying to access the incorrect room at 9:30 in the evening, the current occupant wasnt thrilled. The rooms tub drained slow, standing in ankle deep water 🙄, ugg.

We only stayed 1 night but our stay was wonderful. The room was clean and we had lots of space which was good because he had 10 people with us. The view was amazing we had time to eat breakfast and walk the little path on the water. We got to see some pretty big turtles it was pretty fun before having to get back on the road.

The only thing that I could complain about was there was one lady that was running the breakfast buffet that morning and she was really rude. I asked her one question about where the milk was and she snapped at me like I was stupid. I didn't like that very much. Other then her everything was really nice.

The location was Perfect!! It was easy to check in, easy to check out, the amenities were mostly pristine, there was so much to do! We were able to grill, enjoy the pool, fish in the lake with free rods, cool off in the clean and comfortable room and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Loved it! Planning to come back often.

The grill storage was left yucky and unattended. The lights on the patio didn't all work, so my family and I had to huddle on one side as night fell. And several of the outside trash cans were full to the brim. But that's it. Everything else was absolutely perfect.

I hadn't planned ANY hotel stay during travel (for frugality), but a string of medical emergencies changed that. I picked Staybridge because of high ratings and a very reasonable rate. I was not disappointed in any way. Staff made me feel like a king with above and beyond service.

Breakfast was out a little late one morning and several guests were waiting. I suspect based on the rest of my experience that this is unusual, and maybe just a symptom of the current times.

some maintenance issues because the hotel is getting older; tub faucet would not turn off all the way, leak from bathroom tub left water on floor after a shower, bulbs from two lamps didn’t turn on. Asked if could be replaced but after a week it didn’t happen.

The double room was great and accommodating. The kitchen was great.

The first-floor room location was very noisy. I could hear the plumbing ongoing through the night. The room was close to the maintenance and staffing room, which contributed to the noise. Parking in front on the room on the first floor did not allow fully privacy when opening back the curtains. My room was not cleaned on a daily basis. I wished I could have had the same room on an upper floor.
