The breakfast was good but was slow preparation and we did not have enough time to enjoy it. The 2 women who were working together were very friendly and easy to work with. I think they could use some help.

The nice young women at the check in counter and the dining area. Rooms were ok somewhat small.

Shower room small. Bedroom could of been a little larger. Hard to read the shampoo , cream rinse and body wash dispensers. The housekeeper gave me what I asked for but no smile . We had only towels for three and had to get another set because we had 4 people in our party.

I liked the lay out of the room and that it had a couch to sit on while watching TV. The bed was very comfortable. They had HBO MAX and Showtime was a big plus.

The only thing I didn't like was the pillows where not comfortable, they need better pillows. Also a few more things in the bathroom would be nice. There wasn't a floor mat to put on floor to keep from slipping down when you come out of the shower.

First Timer , but definitely not the last visit. The STAFF is amazing here, we had a wonderful stay. Clean rooms , efficient staff with friendly smiles. **Keisha ( front counter ) greeted us with smiles, **Lee (Maintenance) was happy/ very personable . Laura (manager ) aimed to please . Thanks team , we highly recommend visiting here !!!

no continental breakfast; food was very expensive stayed 3 nights - never got clean towels. granted that one day was Christmas, but that should have been anticipated and towels changed the day before

It’s very close to my Sons Church. We drive from NC Beds are comfy.

Have stayed here a few times. Overall great! Take note though...move forward through COVID! Your rates haven’t changed though you aren’t offering a bagged breakfast. You can open your small bar/dinner area. There’s plenty of room for social distancing. At the very least just make it to where we take it back to our room. I will book next time with a hotel that is moving forward. I’m not making light of COVID! I’m a health care worker who respects your employees. But you the owner can offer a little more. One more thing. 3 adults need a few for towels, soap, and shampoo.

My husband said the breakfast was ok. He thought it was a complimentary breakfast and was surprised when it was charged. We liked the cleanliness of the hotel and of the room. The location was very convenient to shopping and restaurants.

There could have been a microwave in room instead of having to go to lobby to use that one. We didn't like having to ask guest services for ice because we felt that it was taking away valuable time for them.

Liked everything! Very nice place to stay!

I didn't like the fact that after the power went out I couldn't watch Netflix or Prime bcuz it was a connection issue. And the phone wasn't working in the room after the power outage.

Very clean. Nice layout. Friendly staff. Having a Starbucks was great. I recommend booking with breakfast included. The Starbucks staff was very friendly and did a great job with our breakfast orders.

All was good.

Comfortable bed, nice furnishings, adequate lighting, quiet room, quiet A/C, exercise facility.

Breakfest not available before 7:00am. In room coffee service was adequate.
