Hello, I stayed in Suite 414 and I loved everything 😍 it was so comfortable. The room was very clean and spacious. I loved the sitting area and the separate restrooms, one for the shower and sink and the other was for the toilet and sink both had glass/wood sliding doors. The glass shower was awesome, loved the lights on the inside. It was great for my Me-Time weekend. Definitely would stay again💕

The only small thing I didn't like was the remote control issue, it was like all the buttons didn't work or the batteries were going dead. But it wasn't anything I felt like bothering anybody about. I just suggest someone check the remote. But that's all.

The property was clean and good use of "barn doors" for both shower/sink room and a second room for toilet." Amenities were plentiful, including very nice exercise room and a decent, complimentary breakfast

I had difficulty with the deadbolt not working and electronic key card was deactivated by cell phone or some other source of neutralizing it (x2)

The staff are what make this hotel! From the first phone call to the property Tempest was extremely helpful in answering all my questions. At check-in Jamal was very friendly and informative. We had an issue with our AC making a horrible noise the first night and after I spoke to Jamal the next morning, he sent maintenance to fix it and I was so pleased when we got back that evening. All the staff we came in contact with during our stay was so nice and helpful. Breakfast each morning was a perk and perfect for us and our kids. Room was a very nice size and had everything we needed for our first night and when we did need anything extra the front desk had all we asked for.

The hotel can use some updating for sure and the beds were not that comfortable.

Came in the middle of Hurricane Idalia. Staff were great at providing updates when we called over the phone. Good value. Excellent breakfast. Some healthy options, not just the usual pastries and sugary cereals.

Pool was a mess, but understandable due to hurricane winds.

The breakfast was good and the hotel was clean. Staff was very nice.

The room was very nice also but there were a lot of light switches but the lighting within the room was not very good. And as soon as we got in the room our toilet clogged but it was an easy fix.

the queen bed room had a lot of room in it. I also like that the toilet and bath area was in two different room it gave everybody room to get ready. out side and inside of property was very clean. breakfast last up to 10 am so it was no rushing and plenty of food. the night shift lady was so super nice I could not ask for a better person. it was a lot of people coming and with other problems she had to handle. my girl do everything with a smile on her face and did not show stress. everything was nice about this place

We had a late check in and appreciated the night attendant being so accommodating upon our arrival. We asked for a crib which he brought up to the room and asked if we needed anything else. He gladly got sheets and a blanket when we asked. Very nice.

The breakfast was very good. I was surprised to see corned beef hash on the menu and thoroughly enjoyed it. The other items were tasty as well.

My only concern was the sleeper sofa had cold cereal on it, which indicates the bed was not checked/cleaned.

Liked Yoplait yogurt but only found it once during my six or seven day stay there, disappointing, even asked several times.

Hot water. Hotel was so booked, when I came in in the evening, only wanting to get a shower and go to bed, the hot water was nonexistent. On a good night it was luke warm, which is not a decent hot shower. When complaining to staff, one girl told me I could move to their sister property that night. Thanks a lot. I'm tired, all I wanted to do was take a hot shower and go to bed, not pack up my belongings and move into another property and hotel room. One guy said open all the spouts in the room and more water would flow. Didn't work. One guy offered to move me to middle of building and perhaps that would help but I didn't take him up on that move either. Just hotel was too full and not enough hot water.

The facilities was really nice for the price and the room was nicely laid out

The 1st staff when we checked in was very short, dry and unfriendly but all the other staff during our stay made up for her bad attitude
