the staff was friendly since day 1. Gloria was amazing, and also the girl who worked in the breakfast area. Sorry, I didn't remember her name. The clean lady was very cordial too. I had some issues with the sink that was clogged-ish. The water took a very long to go away. The toilet was leaking a little from behind the tank. Those were minor problems that didn't bothered our stay.

staff was very friendly and attentive. clean quiet comfortable & Spacious rooms. Plenty of towels & pillows, good water pressure, safe location. breakfast has a good variety, tho I’m plant based and could only have the juice and and oranges. more dairy free and fresh fruit options would be so nice. overall, great place to stay!!

love that there is breakfast but wish there was more fresh fruit, non dairy items & healthier choices. non dairy creamer & butter would be great for us plant based and those with dairy allergies. please consider that. thanks!!

Located on a major artery of Tal. between the Kohl's and Target stores the access road was a bit abrupt and wooded so initially, I missed the turn off and ended up in Kohl's but there is a secondary access directly adjoining the parking lot to the side of the Hotel. In the evening, when I returned after dinner, the whole Hotel was nicely lit up with security lighting. Surrounding the property were huge old Oak trees that seems in keeping with the feel of the city. Breakfast was pretty good. A hot buffet with nicely cooked scrambled eggs, and everything topped bagels, which I rarely make for myself. The room was the largest square footage of all I viewed in competing hotels while often being anywhere from $30 to $70 lower in rate. The front desk ironically said that the room Wi Fi was not as good as a personal cell phone data, but I had zero trouble with the room Wi Fi, very easy log on, never dropped. Room heater was set for 68F when I took occupancy, which was actually too warm for me through the night, having to cut it down to 66F and it was quite comfortable even though the outside temperature was in the high 30F's.

Nothing. The room had a partitioned sitting area with love seat and coffee table, which moved easily to make a nice morning exercise and stretching space. The carpet was so firm yet warm and clean that I found it even better than my morning wake-up, exercise spot at home. Comparing it with my son's apartment/room for college, I wish I could rent the hotel's room for him for the entire time he was at FSU.

The only problem we had was people outside with their radio blasting and smoking pot but once we alerted the staff they sent the maintenance man around....they didn't leave right away so we called back down and staff had to call the police and they cleared them out but that was not staff's fault. Other than that the stay was wonderful and so was the breakfast

To Our room 101 when we first entered it had a horrible smell. It smelled damp and moldy. I am assuming it came from the air con as the smell reduced when it was off. It needed a clean I would say. We probably wouldn't stay again if this was to reoccur. The aircon was also noisy which made it difficult to sleep so had to turn it off.

I wish I had known about this hidden gem sooner! I came to Tallahassee often over the four years my daughter was at FSU but always stayed ay other motels. This place is hidden from the street and so quiet! It is also near everything I needed ( stores and restaurants ) and extremely safe. The front desk staff were extremely helpful, courteous and efficient and the breakfast delicious and freshly cooked. The lady who helped serve/prepare breakfast was also extremely helpful, immediately preparing new coffee when it was needed and very friendly.

The staff were amazing even late at night! I put the wrong card in and she was more than happy to help me change it. Very wonderful staff and pretty comfortable and affordable.

I wish I could’ve accessed Netflix or any app on the tv but it didn’t really matter because they had live tv.

The location was perfect for our needs. We were 8 minutes from Capital Regional Hospital, the purpose for our stay. The hotel was quiet, safe, very clean. The staff was very friendly. We did not have any issues during our stay.

Very friendly staff to resolve problems easily and quickly. The lobby was very inviting and there was fresh coffee all the time. Breakfast was hot and convenient. Very comfy beds and clean/updated bathroom. This hotel is close to just about everything and in Tallahassee. It was a great value compared to the other hotels in the city.

It was hard to get to. The road to turn into the hotel not labeled at all where we should turn. It looks like a private drive to someone's house. There is no sign from the road indicating the road from the direction we came from the highway. I prefer carpet in my rooms to the vinyl flooring.

Breakfast was good. I was very pleasantly surprised at this facility. I( will be going backi and forth to Tallahassee over the next few years and I will definitely stay here again!
