The room was clean and very comfortable with plenty of space for my two kids and me. Parking was not too far from the entrance. The staff was friendly and readily available. The breakfast was good. And if I found myself in this area again, I will definitely choose this hotel.

The only thing I didn’t like was that there was a family with 3 young children staying on our floor and they were very loud. I thought it was because the walls were thin but then I realized the mother had let the kids play out in the hallway. Throwing a ball and running and shouting. But this was not the hotel’s fault. It was still a clean and comfortable room to sleep in.

The front desk staff were very warm and friendly. The room was super comfortable, large and clean. I felt right at home and slept like a baby after a long day of travel. I didn't use the facilities since I just stayed a quick night, but based on the room, I'd imagine the pool etc would be nice too. There's a restaurant on site but I drove to town for dinner. Didn't want to stay in the hustle of the beach attractions as I was just visiting the space center, so this hotel was perfect!

The breakfast experience could be improved a little. The staff were walking all around the buffet to restock supplies (not food) which was distracting. The table hadn't been cleaned well if at all from the last guest and there was bits of bacon leftover. I'm vegetarian, so that was gross. Wish they offered waffles or pancakes instead of the heavier french toast, eggs, and meat, but I love that breakfast was included for a great rate!!

Nice clean close to cruise ships

Great location considering that we visited Kennedy Space Center. Check in and check out were fast, the personnel were nice and professional. The room and the bed sheets were clean, the mattress was comfortable. They had a very good selection at breakfast: fruits, juice, cereals, muffins and other baked goods, yogurt, eggs (hard boiled and scrambled) and more. Elevators are spacious and fast. Excellent WiFi. A very pleasant experience overall.

A removable showerhead would have been nice to have.

Brand new hotel with space travel theme to get you in the mood of the NASA adventure. Very comfortable rooms, complete bathroom equipped with high-power hairdryer. The shower has issues; you need to run the water for 15 minutes until you get the right temperature. Excellent pool with different depth and state-of-the-art gym with several of machines for cardio, weights, mats, yoga equipment, and opened 24/7. Beautiful décor and cozy ambiance, with a working area and sofas and armchairs to chat or read. Nice breakfast with options, with room for improvement. At night the hotel offers a bar and some dishes, ideal if you don’t want to get out.

At first we were skeptical about the highway in front of the hotel, especially because we had a room facing directly towards the highway, but to our surprise it was absolutely quiet. The short distance to the Kennedy Space Center is a big plus, but there is also the American Police Hall of Fame & Museum right around the corner. The room was very comfy and big, bed was great and we had nothing to complain about. Free parking was also a nice plus.

Really well located if you want to visit the Kennedy Space Centre or, like us, stop off en route to Georgia - three hours up from Miami Airport. Other interesting places to visit nearby (Warbird Museum being just one) Plenty of (free) parking space up front. Staff courteous and helpful. Hotel was bright and modern. It was very clean. Breakfast was more than adequate. Room was very big and facilities looked good - but didn't have a chance to use the pool.

Decor was a little bland. It would have been good to have some milk, as opposed to powdered creamer for the in room beverages. Otherwise not much to complain about at all....

Great location for visiting Space Coast and viewing launches. There is a special viewing room. Very comfortable room and beds. Spotless clean. Has a nice small pool, laundry room, and other facilities. Fair breakfast.

The shower pressure is very low. There are not many amenities in the room, for example, no hands soap bar. The air conditioning was terribly loud.

Breakfast was simple and very quiet at the time we visited. The area was beside the Space Kennedy Centre and the staff were very informative. As we had booked a room that was not really adequate for our needs the staff very extremely helpful and gave us a larger room.

Maybe just a little more choice at breakfast. It was adequate for our needs, just don't expect a sit down leisurely family breakfast. Also there was a large family at the time that spent the entire day round the pool and we couldn't really get to use, therefore if it is a pool holiday I would possibly look at another option. I must stress though that we were very happy as it was a 2 day stay purely for the location.

Breakfast was pretty good, but I think the hours were too short. Beds were comfortable.

Beds not made or bed linens changed for the entire stay. We only got towels changed out once during our stay (after our request). We feel that the linen change policy should be more prominently displayed, either in the room or in the bathroom. Snacks and bottled soda available in the dining room/bar were way too expensive. $3.00 for a small drink or a candy bar, or a 3x3 inch brownie is entirely unreasonable.
