The room was huge and very clean. They have a Keurig coffee machine in the room. The aircon was very effective which is good - Florida is humid. The breakfasts were HUGE - I skipped lunch! The reception staff were VERY helpful, they went above & beyond to help me organise my transportation.

The only strange thing was the shower in the bathtub. There's a bench for disabled people. Which is great but it gets in the way and makes showering cramped.

One of our rooms was cleaned and ready the other was NOT. We had to wait A While for one to be ready. The bathroom was very outdated, had issues with toilet. husband fixed because maintenance never answered.

my handicap room was on the furthest end from the elevator on the 3 rd floor the first night . the sending night it was furthest away from elevator on the second floor . both rooms only had handicap showers . first one had a high step in . the rooms were not handicap at all .

I think a rooftop viewing area for rocket launches would be a great addition. I was lucky to be there for one, but stood in the street for the best view.

We are from Ohio and entrance area was so very welcoming and beautiful. The ease and accessibility made it so much enjoyable.

The room had a musty smell upon entering. The shower had a mass of hair in the drain catch and several stray long hairs throughout the shower. The underside of the toilet seat had a lot of fecal material "sprayed" on it and there were several different kinds of used diabetic test strips left by the bed, dresser and the desk.

The breakfast was delicious it got my teenagers to get up fast when I told them it was a buffet & what they had😊

The curtain, it needed to cover the whole window, which it didn’t.

I liked I that it had breakfast onsite we went to the space centre, it was close proximity and had everything we needed near by as well, gas stations, restaurants, etc.

The Rooms where clean. The staff was vary nice. We had a late check in and they worked with us. price was good over all decent compared to others.

Beds where a little firm for my back but there ok. The TV some channels were not clear.

The location was very convenient to my destination and on the hiway in/out.

The Elevator frequently makes “banging” noises, which is very unsettling.

Loved everything. The room was huge and comfy. Will definetly stay here again. Robert, the bar tender was awesome. Very nice atmosphere.

Nothing to complain about. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at
