Ramada by Wyndham Cocoa

The property is a little dated but management & staff do a good job of keeping it clean & making sure guests feel welcomed. It’s also pet friendly. The manager & his wife are very kind & compassionate people. They go above to make sure guest’s wants & needs are genuinely met with care & concern. He personally came to my room to fix the television at 10pm & didn’t leave or give up until it was fixed. I would stay here again & recommend this hotel to friends & family.

The rates of the room change from day to day. I have been under home renovations & remodeling for a couple months. This hotel has been “home” for a little while. I have paid a different amount every day that my family has been here. I don’t understand how it’s cheaper to pay by the day then to have a weekly rate.

Breakfast was your normal waffle maker, etc. It fed the belly. Location was good. The woman also a family member of the man who was gruff, was very kind.

A little more is needed by their maids. The lamps and different areas were dusty and attitude of the man who either owned it or was the mgr was rather rude talking to some woman kicking her out and the way he addressed everyone. Also, well over a few months before our stay requested 3 rooms near each other and our 3 rooms were not near each other at all. That was disappointing.

The property is well maintained and clean. We stayed in a room facing the pool and had no issues with noise or other occupants.

The only thing we didn’t like was that we couldn’t eat breakfast in our room. We went to the lobby while breakfast was being served and wanted to take ours back to the room and the lady at the front desk said that wasn’t allowed. The lobby is full of people during breakfast hours and we didn’t want to sit with everyone. Some people have social anxiety and don’t like eating around others. This was the only thing we didn’t like about our stay.

The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. It was extremely easy to book the reservation. The staff were friendly and helpful with late night check-in.

The furniture in the room had masking tape around the bottom of it, which was not really appealing. While I was preparing to check out the housekeeping staff knocked once and then attempted to open the door before I could respond. Possibly my fault because I checked out a little late ... still disturbing.

We did not eat breakfast here because there were several different breakfast places in the neighborhood walkable. The pool was really nice to relax in.

We were in one of the rooms facing the gas station, and there was no door seal under the door. We don’t only heard trucks all night but we smelled fuel. I did let the day staff know about the problem and they told me they were definitely going to do something about it. So that’s good!

Coming from the cold north and arriving in this lush, beautifully landscaped paradise, really gets you in the mood for a tropical vacation. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing with a nice variety of hot and cold food. Here’s something you may not know. If you stay here, you can leave your car for free and shuttle to the cruise ships. We found out a bit late, but we’re successful finding parking right across from our ship.

Be aware that this facility does not have an elevator! Ask for a room on the ground floor if you can’t do steps(lots of steps).

The staff was very personable and willing to help with anything

Staff was a little confused about the phone in our room which was absent and a mistake they fixed. The breakfast is not what it should be, the sausage gravy is super watery and no flavor to it the biscuits are dry and hard and square for some reason. Not a very good breakfast buffet at all.

it was clean and available when I needed it. Location was close to Port Canaveral for cruises. Breakfast was available but didnt have time. Smelled good.

Due to remodeling and late (after 6:30pm)checkin, the entrance was not easy to find. Ramada sign needs to be lit up also. Missed it and had to turn around. But well worth it.

I love that the rooms are exactly like the picture shown here! The new owners bought the place which was a run down motel and have been steadily remodeling it and bringing it back to its hotel glory!

Well I was unaware of the construction going on but it didn’t ruin our trip our room and location was amazing

The location was close to the cruise terminal. The bed was comfortable. It was a nice large non smoking room, and the AC worked great!

I didn’t like that there were no pillows on the bed and the in room phone was broken, so I used my phone to call front desk and they brought us pillows and was shocked that there were not any there.
