I would like to give a "shout out" to the front desk person by the name of Jewel. She was precious, extremely nice and very patient with my family. She was a good listener and any questions that I had she answered them quickly. The entire front desk staff was very helpful. If we needed anything for the room, the request was taken care of promptly. The only issue I have was with a housekeeper staff member who told my husband that she didn't understand English as he had gotten slightly confused. That was not necessary and definitely not helpful to him. I did not appreciate that at all.

Have housekeeping staff to be more helpful. We are not trying to be difficult and we understand what there duties are but do not think when we ask a question that it means more work for you. A simple referral to someone else who can help us is much better than saying "no speak English".

Everything met and exceeded my expectations. I had to get off a cruise ship due to a medical emergency. I was all alone in the city and needed a place to rest while waiting on my dad to come down from NC. The staff was amazing, friendly and helpful. If you are coming in for a cruise from this port I would definitely recommend staying here.

My son & I had driven up that day from Key West and were glad to finally arrive at our destination for one night - the Country Inn & Suites by Radisson. We parked for free in the ample car park in front of this establishment. Check in was done quickly and easily with a gentleman who immediately made us feel welcome. As the room wasn't quite ready for us he offered us a couple of bottles of chilled water. My son quickly found the free cookies at reception. Delicious. Anyway, we didn't have to wait long to get established in our room on the 4th floor with all the usual amenities of such a chain. It had everything we needed for a short one night stay. Two comfortable queen beds, desk & chair, bathroom with shower in the bath tub, coffee and tea making, microwave fridge, enough sockets for all our electrical equipment and a good quality free WiFi. We didn't try out the outside pool - it rained the evening we arrived and we didn't have enough time the next morning. Pity. What I appreciated was the helpfulness of the guy at reception. He gave us good suggestions on where to eat for dinner. Location? Not bad for getting to the Kennedy Space Center (sic) the next morning. All in all, a nice stopover on our busy schedule of motoring up the east coast of the USA!

Breakfast was fairly basic - free of charge (or better said, within the room rate we paid) so OK.

Location was perfect for us. Room size was good for a family of four. Breakfast was good and had different options. Pool was large and hot tub was awesome!

Towel situation. We were told every 3rd night housekeeping would restock towels, but that doesn’t work with a family of 4 that visit the beach everyday. Now, with that said, I will say they did bring us new towels when I’d call and ask. And our trash got full really fast. Had to ask housekeeping in the hallway while they were cleaning another room if I could get another bag for our trash.

It was very clean, beds were comfortable and it was close to the terminals.

When I placed my booking I requested the park and cruise package. I was emailed shortly after from the hotel stating this package wouldn't be available during my stay due to construction. When I arrived I tried my luck and asked for the park and cruise option. I was told they were booked, if I wanted the package I had to call 24hrs in advance. I stated I requested it when I booked. I was then told that bc I booked w a 3rd party it didn't show up.

It was extremely easy to get to coming off the main road if you're making a right hand turn. The lobby was extremely clean and the staff was very professional even with so many guest arriving at the same time. Our room was bigger than expected, but that didn't matter. It was fantastic having a large table for both my husband and myself to have a good (take out) meal and not be squished.

The guest who left on the cruise ships took up a lot of the parking in front of the hotel. Hotel management should have had them move their vehicles closer to the back of the lot, so guest staying at the hotel could utilize the closer ones. Making a left turn out of the lot is nearly impossible in the afternoon. Traffic is crazy.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The extended stay 1-bedroom suite was large and comfortable with lots of natural light and a view toward the cruise ships. The location was perfect for a one-night stay before a cruise. We could have stayed much longer in this suite because it has a kitchenette and living/dining area that is separate from the bedroom which has a king bed. I have never seen a suite with so many seating options. There were 2 chairs and a love seat, plus a desk with a very nice office chair, and a table with seating for 4 in the living/dining area. The bedroom also had a comfortable chair with ottoman. We did not have time to watch TV, but there are large flat-screen TVs in both the bedroom and the living area. It appears the property has up-to-date furnishing and decor. Everything was in pretty good condition. The breakfast was also very good. Check-in and check-out were efficient and quick. We would definitely return.

This is not really a negative about the property, but I would suggest changing out the small sofa for a new larger queen-size sofa bed for the living area in a suite this size. It was not an issue for us as a couple, but if we brought our 2 kids they would need it. Other than that, this is a very family-friendly suite.

Very friendly staff. Changed my shuttle time, no problem. Pleasant. Parking for my vehicle while cruising was a great plus.

Due to Covid, poor girls handling breakfast were running out of supplies.

Our room had a great view to cruise liners. All necessary appliances were there. Clean and tidy. Big parking lot - we stayed only one night, so could park for free. Most people use the hotel to go for a cruise.

Breakfast was so-so. The room where sofa and TV are placed - is quite dark, lacks light - but it's not critical. Restaurants are quite far. So, this hotel is really great to move from there to cruise.

It was great having everything so close to the port for my cruise. The staff were pros in making sure everything came together. The room I stayed in was better than my cruise cabin haha. One of the best hotels I've stayed in, and certainly worth the price.

I certainly don't complain about complimentary hotel breakfasts, they serve good food for free, and everything else about the hotel is usually awesome. By way of suggestion though, I'd say more fresh fruit would be a great addition.
