We loved the lobby, it had access to Starbucks without leaving the hotel + it had the nice bar and restaurant in the lobby as well. The room was clean, comfortable, and met expectations. Loved the hotel being around so many nice shops and restaurants, the perfect quick nice get away.

I don't have a lot of complaints here. The larger charge without warning due to the security deposit, that should be returned, would have been nice to get that warning. Wish I didn't have to pay extra for parking either.

Location is great. Updated decor. Starbucks inside. Walking distance to everything. Felt luxurious.

Pool is small and pool bar closes earlier than expected. Check in is towards the back, past the bar and seating area. Called ahead for parking information and was put on hold then disconnected. Had to call back and didn’t get a friendly answer. At check in they tried to charge me full booking rate even though I already paid.

The facility is well laid out and superbly maintained. All the staff is terrific and thoughtful. We love the proximity to all of Avalon and the shopping and eating venues. It's a relaxing respite, with good food, and amenities. Coming back soon.

It was all good, there was nothing we disliked. The car parking is a little wacky but the valet staff makes up for the awkwardness of self parking.

Ice located only on even floors and was told key didn't work above our floor (5th) but worked below So every time we went to get ice it was always out other than that was great. Coming back again in September. Hoping to get an even floor this time Plan on bringing a small cooler maybe to be safe lol

“Village” location, plenty to do - shops & restaurants - inside and immediately outside the hotel. Self-parking very convenient. Staff very willing to accommodate specific requests before & during stay and at billing.

No truly accessible rooms - room doors can not be stayed in open position, for wheelchair users access.

DId not realize that the hotel was surrounded by many shops and restaurants. It enhanced the experience.

The ice machine on our floor did not work. We had to go four floors down in order to obtain ice.

Convenient to all of Avalon shops and restaurants. So many other neat places within 1-2 miles. Customer service was a 10. Edith at check in was friendly , professional and offered lots of information.

Had to first park in parking garage because the line for check in valet was blocking the road

being woken up at 8:45 this morning to ask when I was checking out. Not cool. Not OK I don’t wanna see anyone before 10 AM. Unless it’s obvious that I’m up door open, etc..  room smells like bleach. Back off on the bleach. Use more eco-products please.

I loved everything about this property from the seamless check in to the attentive staff. The hotel is in a prime location. I plan to make this a monthly staycation.

The property was beautiful and extremely clean!! From the moment we pulled up to valet, we were greeted and treated like we were the only customers. The staff was amazing and worked quickly and professionally to get us checked in. I recommend everyone to at least stay one night and they will never want to stay anywhere else!!
