Nice quiet corner room no sound from above or beside us convience of everything walking distance Helpful friendly staff

Ice located only on even floors and was told key didn't work above our floor (5th) but worked below So every time we went to get ice it was always out other than that was great. Coming back again in September. Hoping to get an even floor this time Plan on bringing a small cooler maybe to be safe lol

“Village” location, plenty to do - shops & restaurants - inside and immediately outside the hotel. Self-parking very convenient. Staff very willing to accommodate specific requests before & during stay and at billing.

No truly accessible rooms - room doors can not be stayed in open position, for wheelchair users access.

Convenient to all of Avalon shops and restaurants. So many other neat places within 1-2 miles. Customer service was a 10. Edith at check in was friendly , professional and offered lots of information.

Had to first park in parking garage because the line for check in valet was blocking the road

Breakfast was delicious. Atmosphere was wonderful. Enjoyed walking to shop and dine.

Room was much smaller than we expected considering the rate. We have stayed in more luxurious, spacious rooms with same or less the price. Anniversary staycation but was disappointed with the room. During check in we were told that we were being upgraded which got us even more excited. Reservationist was having a difficult time with the system to upgrade but eventually said it was all settled. We were shocked by what we received. If in fact, we were in an upgrade, what did our original room look like?

being woken up at 8:45 this morning to ask when I was checking out. Not cool. Not OK I don’t wanna see anyone before 10 AM. Unless it’s obvious that I’m up door open, etc..  room smells like bleach. Back off on the bleach. Use more eco-products please.

The property was beautiful and extremely clean!! From the moment we pulled up to valet, we were greeted and treated like we were the only customers. The staff was amazing and worked quickly and professionally to get us checked in. I recommend everyone to at least stay one night and they will never want to stay anywhere else!!

Design and cleanliness was impressive. I interacted with your cleaning lady and she was lovely. The restaurants and shops outside were a real bonus

The front desk staff was friendly but not knowledgeable. They were unable to tell me how much breakfast was and I asked someone to take our bags upstairs because we were late for dinner and she looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language.

parking was a bit awkward, (especially self-parking mainly because the hotel doors were shut and locked @ the back entrance leading to the hotel lobby.

The location was great. There are multiple shops and restaurants in the Avalon center. It is also an easy walk to downtown Alpharetta. We were in town for a wedding and the location was very convenient to the bride's parents home and the wedding and reception venues. Our room was very comfortable and quiet. All of the staff were very professional and friendly.

Due to COVID and low staffing levels our room was only cleaned once and we had to ask for robes and towels. Also, there was limited food service available in the hotel due to COVID and staffing.

The late night / early morning valet manager is a gem of a human being. He went above and beyond to help. Every member of the staff was super friendly.

Took forever to get hot water to my room. The room was so cold a penguin would have felt at home.
