Great area the room was nice and spacious, the hit breakfast and friendly staff, the price of the room

The pool area was dirty as well as the pool I wanted to spend some time at the pool area but wasn’t able to do so because it wasn’t clean not to mention getting locked out because the door wouldn’t open and we had our room key thanks to the gentleman that was getting on the elevator for letting us in

The hotel was great and the staff was Awesome and a lot of fun and very helpful so we really enjoyed them and there smiles. The breakfast was ok could be better.

The hotel room smelled of a little odor. It needed a better cleaning. Where the bath linen was at it needed a good cleaning. The bathroom sink did not drain properly. And the toilet had to keep holding the handle down for it to flush.

The Staff and location was Great! Close to many stores and restaurants! Will stay again 😊

Our room could've been a little cleaner the carpet looked dirty and the chair had old food and stains on it😔

Keisha was the front desk clerk.. she made my stay excellent. Her customer service was exceptional. Keisha answered my first call to the hotel and once I checked in she was so professional and courteous. It’s hard to find great service and she made sure I was taken care of and I called back and she helped me get some belongings that I left once I checked out. I will definitely ask for her if I return..,

Breakfast was good fresh anytime we asked for anything the faculty was right on it The bed was comfortable it was nice it was clean and it's in a good location an staff as great! We went for the weekend and it was 10 miles from 6 flags And a ton of shopping around

the only thing I did not like was that I was charged more for the room than it said I would be on the app. I was given one price with tax included on here on booking.com and billed a higher price when I checked out.

They were able to put me in a room that was close to friends that had checked in the day before. The breakfast on my first morning was very good except they didn't have decaf coffee.

The room was not thoroughly cleaned after the previous guest. The ice bucket was full of thawed ice, still cold and there were no cups of any kind available, I had to ask for one at the desk. I had a lot of noise from the room above me every night until 11 or 12. My second morning, I came downstairs at 8:20 to find that the dining area was closed off and they had set up a table outside of that area with coffee and a few pastries and cereal. No explanation was given for the lack of a hot breakfast.

The ENTIRE staff was so pleasant , friendly and helpful

Security on Saturday night was a little rude , I think she was a little overwhelmed at how packed the parking lot was, but she calmed down and helped me find parking

Staff was wonderful, basic free continental breakfast was ok, but the location in walking distance of a Starbucks, Smoothie King, McD's, and a Racetrac was the main attraction, everything was super close.

One of Two Elevators ever worked and I stayed at this property twice within two weeks of each other. Lots of traffic of people downstairs, but good vibe. No restaurant on site, no bar, not much, thank God for the location at least.

The breakfast was always fresh and delicious! The staff was very accommodating.
