The hotel is beautiful and the rooms were comfortable. Beds/pillows/bedding were very nice. The staff is so kind and helpful. Accessing the hotel within a few feet of the airport train was wonderfully convenient.

There were a couple of spots in my room that could have been cleaner. Trim around the door looked like it has been sprayed with coffee or soda, etc. The breakfast options were pretty gross. It's in a little room labeled as a Starbucks but it was badly done hotel food. Also unable to access the pantry/shop area after hours so no way to buy a water or late snack.

Location! Location! Location! The hotel was excellent proximity to the convention center and easy access to the airpot.

The room was not clean to Marriot standard when reported to Marriott staff the hotel front desk was understanding, when the housekeeping manager arrived she stated, " this is our concierge key floor, I am not accusing you of the planting the items here but this just doesn't happen." I was flabbergasted at the level of unprofessional conduct from the employee and how distrustful she was of a guest who clearly had evidence of the concerns brought to her attention that is why she was called, there was no follow up regarding her "investigation" prior to my check-out.

The staff were kind and friendly. The gentlemen at the valet were extremely nice and very helpful! My daughter had a cheer comp at the congress center next door to the Marriott. We needed to check in early, and the staff did extra to get us into our room so that we could make it on time to the competition. I'm very grateful for their help and getting us situated quickly. I will definitely stay at this Marriott again. Thank you, Marriott, for making this an easy, smooth experience for us.

Everything was amazing! There's not one complaint.

The room was so cold! The bed was comfortable! It is also extremely convenient to the SkyTrain at the airport. We didn't check out the other amenities, but the hotel is huge, the elevators run well, and the building is well cared for.

The restaurant food is subpar for what you pay. I also believe they should provide a parking voucher for guests who stay less than an hour.

I didn't do breakfast because it was not set up like other Marriott Hotels that I have stay at.

That I was charge a double fees for parking. I was attending an event there for my church and it was not explained that I had to pay a double fees to attend the church event and stay there. I know next time when I get ready to make reservation(s) at any other Marriott Hotels ask lot of questions.

Clean and spacious. self parking wasn’t bad. Overall great stay. The little inconveniences were not enough to keep me away.

Food in store was high price, wish you didn’t have to pay $30 for self park, they added $50 “incidental” charges to my credit card which they did not tell me about. I talked to manager and she said it would be reimbursed.

Nice rooms I stayed in the king suite!

The hallway to my room was very long, once I got to my room I did not want to leave. Room service is overpriced, breakfast that was ordered I did not receive all my food I called service desk and eventually 30 minutes later they brought the rest of the breakfast and food we ordered from restaurant downstairs was not cooked the way I ordered , steak was raw, not medium well like I requested I did not want to send it back because it took too long the first time. The small sink in our suite had some kind of dry rust inside of it

The location was great, and very convenient to the airport. The restaurant had very good food, and the staff at the restaurant was terrific. When the TV in our first room didn't work, the gentleman who came up to try to fix it (unsuccessfully) got us another room and helped us move to that room. He was also terrific.

The TV in our first room didn't work, apparently because of the storm the day before. In our second room, the door for the bathroom (a barn door stye door) wouldn't move from the open position. And most significantly, there was no courtesy coffee in the lobby, apparently due the to presence of a Starbucks. There is NO excuse for a hotel like this not to have complimentary coffee in the lobby..

The room amenities, covered parking, and the free products (Excedrin) at 4:53 am. Dinner at the Champions Bar.

That I didn't get to stay longer . . . I had to move on, unfortunately.

Proximity to airtrain made this an ideal location to stay prior to our early AM flight out of Atlanta. Fairly expensive bed though for a short stay, however nicely appointed and quiet hotel rooms.
