We had an event at the Convention Center, so being directly across the street from the vendor load in/pack out area of the center was perfect. We could walk if we wanted to or if we needed to run back to the room for something, it was 3 minutes walking distance away. The cleanliness and size of the room was perfect for the 3 of us. There was a privacy curtain separating the seating area/sofa bed from the king size bed and the TV was in between both areas so even with the curtain closed, we could easily watch TV from both directions. Even though we were right at the airport, it was still quiet. The area is good, you're within a few minutes of restaurants and stores. The staff were exceptional. Breakfast was delicious and you had different options each day. Coffee is provided for free all day long, there is fresh fruit infused water also provided at all times in the lobby. Upon check-in, we received a gift bag with 2 bottled waters and a pack of cookies. There's so much good about this place, I could go on and on. Definitely will be staying here again.

Having to pay for parking - I did not know that until I got to the hotel and went to check in. I don't care for valet parking - they plundered in our vehicle or at least they moved a couple things around, however they were quick to retrieve it when we requested it via text. We were charged 3x for parking for 2 nights, but they refunded the 3rd charge.

Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful! The rooms were spacious and beautiful and well cleaned. It was a perfect location close to the airport transportation for my son and his family.

The breakfast was just okay. It was spread out and sometimes hard to find items and it just wasn't things I enjoy for breakfast.

Property is new only being open for 3 weeks, and front desk ladies were nice … perfect location if you are planning of catching a flight

Loction, cleanliness, mini kitchen (although I dis not use it), no plane noise (but I only stayed in the room from 21-6am)

The breakfast! It was nice to have options. The room was big and clean.

Little detail. Breakfast has pre cooked eggs, all had peppers in it. Not a great option for families and people who do not like peppers.

Room was nice, comfortable and clean

Snack counter was empty. Had to walk 2-miles to get a drink and snack. Breakfast, almost every tray was empty and it was only 7am. Nothing was out. The service to upkeep the breakfast and snack counter was horrible. The room was nice. The 2 just didn’t go hand in hand. Would I stay there again. NO!
