Hilton Garden Inn Atlanta Airport/Millenium Center

I like the shuttle service to the shopping center and to dinner. The driver was very helpful and recommended places to shop and eat.

I did not like that the shuttle does not go to the international terminal. I will be traveling and have a layover next month, however I will ve coming in and leaving thru the international terminal.

Day/evening staff was great, helpful and a pleasure to speak with. Room was nice and clean.

Booked for amenities such as indoor pool, restaurant etc. Arrived to find them closed. This should be noted when booking. Was still able to order food and take back to room. Overnight early morning front desk staff missing. Dropped room keys at front desk to wait for bus out front and was locked out. No staff at desk to allow re-entry.

I liked the fact of having a fridge and microwave. I didn't expect that. So was excited when I saw in my room especially since I had my son

The building has a unique setup in getting to the side where the elevators but that's nothing to do with the hotel itself. It's just weird how they built the building based on where the parking is located and where you check-in at

Rosetta, Bridget, the evening manager was so helpful, professional and courteous. They made you feel that I family guest. Rosetta sign me up with the reward points at the hotel so I can save money when I book at any Hilton. The room, bathroom , closet and furniture was clean. They have a bar and restaurant for you to enjoy. The food was tasty and drinks on point. The staff was so polite, courteous and friendly. My rating is over a 10. They get a 5.5 star for overall ,customer service, cleaned hotel in Georgia, friendly, having a bar and good food, professional staff, safe environment and great location near the airport.

You have to pay for parking but I understand why to make sure nothing happen with you vehicle and your belongings.

The location was perfect as my husband and I needed to be close to the airport. Providing the free shuttle to and from the airport was convenient as we did not rent a car during our stay. The staff were extremely nice. When we first arrived we waited in line for about 20-30 minutes to check in. The front desk lady was very apologetic and allowed us to choose something from the snack area free of charge. The next morning we were looking to see what the restaurant offered, but to our surprise they were not open yet. Another front desk lady gave us complimentary snacks again to get us through the morning, until we were able to go and get something to eat.

When we first made it to the area where the shuttles were at the airport. We called the hotel to see what time the shuttle would be there and we were told they run every 25 and 50 on the hour. Well the moment we made it to the shuttle area at 20 on the hour, the shuttle pulled off right in front of us. We then had to call the hotel back, they had the shuttle to come back for us, but it took at least another 20 minutes before it came back around.

The location was great and it was very clean the stuff was friendly

The breakfast could have been better the pancake machine was broken the selection of food was very limited. Our door to our room kept sticking it was so hard to open.

I honestly book this hotel, because it was the only one I could find that I could afford with a indoor pool and we was not disappointed

there was a draft in the pool room lol (she said in the middle of winter.) the kids didn't mind but I was freezing

The location was very clean. Staff was very friendly outgoing. We dine in at the restaurant. The food was delicious. Staff again was very friendly, outgoing loved. Loved loved it. Can’t wait to visit again.

The location was great and the staff. The breakfast was great. The wash machine was great. Even the staff member at the hotel gave me another room cheaper than booking.com

Booking.com the prices and the customer service had to go through to much. I had to redo reservation over due to the amount of people not going near the date expected. It was very confusing and hard. I didn't know the price of my room it says one thing and the price was so different.

Close to Airport. Has nice airport shuttle which is free

Airport shuttle never runs on time which was only drawback. Otherwise property was clean , close to airport and room was clean and neat. Staff was very friendly . Would recommend then offer coffee in evening at the restaurant .
