The rooms were nice check in was somewhat easy once they found my registration. Front desk person say they had my name backwards. Which was crazy if I gave you my full name you still should have been able to see it no matter which way it was in there. The second room that was booked through booking .com we was told that they didn't see it and we gave the Front desk person the confirmation number all three rooms we had were booked through booking.com

I order a drink and the bar for two people gave the person my credit card to pay, when the gentleman gave me my receipt I told him that he had not given me my credit card back he said that he had. I looked in my wallet and around me were I was standing the whole time but it was no were around. I stood there at the bar and canceled my card. I was told by my credit card company that I was going to be charged to replace it. The gentleman at the bar looked and said he didn't have it and walked away and took care of another guest.

I loved everything about the actually hotel & room. The staff was very friendly. We even spent hours at the bar & the bartender who was serving us while we were there was so friendly & nice. She held conversations with us & gave off such good energy. The rooms are clean. This is my 2nd time staying there & I’m still satisfied all around!

I had a conflict with my dates that I was supposed to be staying there due to a family emergency & it took me about 1 week 1/2 to get my dates switched due to the staff giving me a run around & them telling me to call back daily to talk to management & when I finally got a chance to talk to her all she did was say was “oh I don’t know why they did that. I’ve been out of the office for days” the issue did ultimately get resolved & I was grateful for that just a little frustrated & annoyed through the process.

It was clean. Quiet. Beautifully Kept rooms. Excellent customer service. Provided welcome refreshments in the room. John, Malcom, and Alexis was very helpful. Was given one morning breakfast free for two for having booked a 2 night stay was a great accommodation. The Hilton is in an area that is close to all the restaurants, entertainment, and shopping options.

The first room we were in the spa tub jets didn’t work. No continental breakfast so you have to pay. The cable selection was poor. No alternative for breakfast meats ( if you don’t eat pork).

This is my second visit to this hotel it's always exceptionally clean. The location is convenient as well.

The part that I didn't like was I booked a spa tub room the tub was old,rusty, the panels were coming off the side of the tub,it was dirty so I never got a chance to actually use the tub. The front desk staff did offer me a antibacterial wipe but the tub needed to be deep cleaned. I will stay at this location again I just will never book another spa room it's not being cleaned property The tub at least.

This hotel needs serious repairs, and cosmetic upgrades

The cleanliness and amenities along with the location were superb. Additionally, there is a bar and restaurant located next to the lobby area.

I visited the front desk to inform that the vending machine did not allow me to make a purchase after entering money into the machine. The cost of the soda was $2.25 and I only had 3 $1 bills. After inserting the first 2 bills, it would not allow me to enter the 3rd thus making me go to the front desk for assistance. After explaining to the associate what happened, her initial response was “I can’t give you your money back, because…well I just cant give you your money back.” She then proceeded to tell me that I can come back during my checkout to talk to someone about a refund since they do not run the vending machines. All in all, the stay was great and that was my only complaint. It was just $2 which is no big deal but it was MY $2 which something should have been done.

The property was nice, we didn’t get a chance to take advantage of the pool due to the weather but out suite was cozy and the bed was comfortable!

The suite did have some ants that were noticed when we first walked in near the kitchen area and the carpets leading to the bathroom were stained a bit with what looked like blood. Lastly, I believe they may have a water issue, the bathtub had standing water in it and we never used the tub once.

The room was great! It's a suite and way cheaper than the hotels in downtown Atlanta. The hotel did accodomate our request for a room on first floor near entrance. You get a separate living room and bedroom, two big screen tvs, a huge bathroom with both a clean tub and shower. Only thing to know is when taking a shower, the water flows to the bottom of the door so when you swing the shower door open, water will come out on the floor. No biggie at all. Still a 10/20 experience. The checkout man Gus was very friendly and personable.

I like it a lot! The location is really good. Close to food, shopping and convenient stores. I love that they had a Murphy bed!! The food and drinks at the bar is really good and decently priced. The kitchenette was a plus! The room was very spacious. The staff was really lovely and accommodating. I appreciate their patience because I can be a bit extra. I needed extra cover, I needed this & that lol… but they didn’t get rude. With exception to one lady but of course there will always be that one 🙄 Overall I like the place. A lot!

I didn’t like the breakfast buffet price structure. It was pretty expensive to have complimentary breakfast vibes. Down to the cheap bacon. If you pay that much you might as well go to Waffle House or something. Every door in the suite squeaked or stuck or didn’t fasten properly. The gutters outside the balcony were disgusting!! I know they can’t help people being liter bugs but you can help how regularly you check that and have it cleaned.
