Staff was a little bit unfriendly

I really loved the location and the facilities.

The guests that left their trash all around the property. The staff did their best to keep the place clean but so many people disregarded the property and left their trash everywhere. It was sad to see. Cups and water bottles left in the hallways instead of a trash can. No fault to the staff. They took care of it when they could. It was a busy weekend and the hotel was fully booked. I am thankful for all they did to make our stay exceptional.

The hot & cold breakfast items were nice. The waffle mixture used was very tasty.

The parking lot was a little odd. You didn't have any up close parking to the entrance. Everything is in the back of the hotel or to the side. One of the side doors where we parked was unavailable which made it extremely hard getting through the parking lot then on a side street (that leads you to the other hotels) and in the main entrance, with a toddler. We could never find a luggage buggy thing so we had to make several trips to the car. The bed wasn't all that comfy and it made ALOT of noise when getting in and out of or simply just moving around. Traffic at times was a little loud where our room was. Everything else was fine.

I really liked that the room was comfortable and the check in process went smoothly. I also enjoyed breakfast. The usual hotel breakfast foods.

There was no conditioner in the bathroom, but thankfully we brought some. The checkout attendant was extremely rude and cut me off to answer the phone. I also felt like I had to walk around the room with shoes because the carpet felt damp.

Room was nice, clean, easy accessible. had a convenient desk in the room, little convenient closet and a coffee maker +++. It was with breakfast bar, which was ok. Ice machine on the hallway and ice bucket in the room +++

had to keep the curtains closed - it was on the bottom floor on front of the parking lot, people could look in the room since it was floor level. Problems with the tele, it took only my own PW for streaming service... --- Must have own car, no other means of transportation

Never cleaned the room in a whole week

Guy that works overnight went above and beyond! He was great to my entire family of 6! Loved the cook, she’s fast, tidy, & works well under pressure! The breakfast was hot & fresh both mornings of my stay! Dining area was clean & well stocked also! Beds were super comfortable, I will definitely be returning next time I visit!

Very sensitive key cards! They advise you not to have it by your phone which I already knew but I had it with some other cards and my keys and I’m guessing one of those things might’ve kept disabling my room key! I had to get them reprogrammed twice! After the second time I just kept them away from everything and the remainder of my stay they worked fine!

Little to no water pressure Sunday a.m. [may have been out of hitels' control). Elevator nearest lobby out of order one evening. Key cards quit working twice during five night stay. Breakfast eggs and sausage pans empty for 30 minutes two mid mornings, resulting in wait or forfeiture of on site breakfast . Breakfast should be available until 10 all week, or at least on Saturday and Sundays.

I liked the room and the staff was nice.

Technically (software) difficulties when checking in and while the room was nice the bathroom door internally was scratched up (the wood was showing) as if someone had their pet in there and it was scratching and biting the lower half of the door. The shower looked as if it wasn’t cleaned so well, and there was like strands of hair found in certain spots that wasn’t mine in the towels and rags.

Very nice part of town, many things to do, in an area filled with corporate office buildings, and easy access to several large hospitals.

Assorted small troubles that took away from our enjoyment. The lock on the door to the room was hard to get it latches easily. The television wouldn’t come on, and the volume had only level and it was too loud. The mattresses were uncomfortable, too short staffed, and more.
