The breakfast is great. We liked the way the rooms connected to the lobby. Rooms are like little apartments, with everything you need. 90 % of the front desk staff are awesome.

The advertisements show that there are weights in the fitness room but there are only treadmills and other cardio machines. No weights of any kind. The laundry machines are often broken with no out of order signs. The way you find out they are broken is when you lose your money with no refund available at the front desk. Parking is a little tight sometimes but you'll always find a spot, just maybe not close to your door.

The check-in process was smooth. We got a free upgrade from one bedroom to two bedroom, which rather accommodated our lots of staffs in a road trip. The property was in a quiet place isolated from noisy streets. The breakfast was good, though not extremely tasty or luxurious, it always had essential nutritious combinations of protein (meat, eggs, milk and yogurt), carbohydrates (potatoes, bread, pies, muffin, cereal) and fruits (apples and mandarins or oranges) that can support a good start of the day.

Room was clean at the first glance. However, we found a filled trash bin inside the kitchen vanity (obviously from previous guests). This made us a bit concerned on the quality of room cleaning service. The location also had a small issue for a newbie driver: it required a left turn to cross the road to go to GA-400/I-285, which is hard during busy hours when the traffic on both directions keep flowing.

The breakfast is great. The rooms are like very comfortable apartments with soft, king size beds. The staff is extremely polite.

Half of the washers and dryers are broken at any given time and if you lose your money if you mistakenly put your money in a broke machine. One of the two computers in the business center is normally out of commission. I was denied my tax exempt status even though I have met all requirements but I'm hoping the problem will be resolved once I speak with the regional manager. The staff is nice but I do not think they have been shown how to manually change a guest's tax status if it's not a situation where its change by default..

The room was clean and the floorplan was very user friendly and the staff at the front desk and kitchen were very professional, attentive, and friendly. I was very impressed and grateful that the woman running the buffet made breakfast available for us and a few others well after 8:30 am. I was delayed for breakfast because I had eye surgery at the office next door earlier and could not get back sooner.

I didn't like that I paid for a king suite but because I needed a floor-level room there was only a Queen suite available at the same price as the Queen.

Reception and super clean rooms, At the reception the super elegant and charming Ms. Mia, the splendid Japanise Lady was super friendly and kind when I had weird credit card issues (then solved). Also Mr Newl has been very efficient and kind in supporting me with the unexpected trouble with a card. He told me about Bank of America to pick up cash in the area and he has been very flexible in the payment method So, five stars on five for the staff and above all for the cleaning staff. In fact the rooms are always super clean and the accessories in the rooms are new, great top quality brands like GE appliances and we'll sorted in the room spaces. Imho if they add a shared laundry somewhere with CVC or other external provider you can literally live there like your home and, I repeat, the excellence of the cleaning lady (she even gift me with Pringles to overtake the card block bad feeling in those days) and her kindness and noble heart says many things about this hotel. Idem for Ms. Mia at the reception, the hotel is lucky to have the legendary kindness and efficiency of a Japanese noble woman in their Super Staff, all people there are s great team that will sure advice me to come back at Sonesta Hotel in Atlanta, Sandy Springs, GA if I will be still with no private accommodations in Sandy Springs in the next upcoming years. I'm really happy to be stayed there, Sonesta ES Suite Atlanta, Sandy Springs in 760 Mt Venom is your perfect choice to stay calm and blessful in a very interesting area (there is the Mercedes-Benz HQ also to admire at less than 5 minutes) and the area around is in general very calm and silently. Sonesta ES Suite Atlanta forever!

Maybe a laundry service could put this hotel at the top of its category. The hotel already overtakes its category, imho it deserves 4 stars, and if they add a laundry shared area it becomes better than a 4 stars hotel

the location was good. there are a lot of food options and a Publix nearby.

I had two rooms and unfortunately, the second room was unlocked and smelled of weed smoke. I did inspect it to find that no one was there and that the lock worked which thankfully it did. I always bring my own stuff to clean and that knocked out the smell. Other than that, the facilities accomplished my goal of a good night’s sleep.

My new room

My room was originally not going to tell you the number but I could not stay it was full of marijuana I got another room which was nice and comfortable and clean the staff was wonderful what I should say the lady that check me in very nice friendly kind nobody did nothing but her to put me in another room to be comfortable all he want is money so sad

I needed a reasonably priced room for a 3-night stay. I was very satisfied with my stay at the Baymont. It is in a convenient location to everywhere I needed to go during my stay. The hot breakfast exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

It’s a bit noisy from the traffic, especially from the sirens of ambulances and fire trucks. Once I fell asleep, they didn’t wake me up.

The location was nice close to a lot of things. The staff was friendly. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast wasn't great but the grits where cooked perfectly.

The Access to the room on backside of the building #19 was hard to find and they're no elevators so be prepared to walk stairs if you're on an upper level. Few cosmic things in the room that could use upgrades or fixing.

Great location, beds felt great, love how it gives the apartment feel instead of a hotel. Front desk was great! Will be back!

In the lobby the cleaning chemicals are way to strong had to walk outside a couple of times. the sofa bed was tore up. they do allow dogs so I’m assuming that’s why. It wouldn’t stop me from staying . my biggest thumbs down is the check in @ 4 after traveling so far.
