The hotel is clean, beautiful, and comforting. Loved the lake and landscaping outside. I loved working out at the gym and the cool wet refrigerated washclothes to cool down with after the workout. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. I loved the eggs Benedict breakfast platter in the restaurant downstairs. Had a wonderful leisurely stay. My go to spot in Atlanta.

Parking fee is a separate added expense not a critic just something to be aware of when booking.

The staff was absolutely amazing. Dedo- the property operations manager went above and beyond for my family. He upgraded mine and my husbands room for free, and highly discounted our rate as well as my moms rate for the reason of our trip (my sons birthday and my anniversary). He and Nikki sang happy birthday to my son and made his day so incredibly special. We have even given him a grandparent name for our son (Grando) and plan to go back JUST to see Dedo. I have never in my life had such great service at a hotel… I surely hope he gets recognized for all of the compassion he has for his customers. We loved him so so so incredibly much!

We came here after a very disappointing night in a competitor's hotel. This property was a breath of fresh air (figuratively and literally). The staff was very kind and attentive, the bed was plush and comfortable, the furnishings and facilities were new and clean, and the pool was a perfect place to cool off and relax. It's also located in a great area. Beautiful, safe and good restaurants nearby. I would highly recommend this hotel to a friend.

It’s a beautiful, luxurious hotel very clean high-end. The location is amazing amazing amazing stuff or I get fresh fruits fresh hot food every morning breakfast freshly made the staff for amazing and the front desk are incredible. My business partner and I we were talking about it and we had a wonderful time we’re definitely gonna go back and stay there.

Do to me almost losing my life last year and everything going on with COVID-19 we decided that we were gonna start spending more time together, so we put this trip together.. The only thing I did not like is this was a family all girl cousins trip and at the time of booking which was 30 days in advance we requested to all be on the same floor however we weren’t all on the same floor.

It was in a nice location. Staff was nice and very welcoming. They always spoke as we were coming or going. Liked that the elevators only worked by using your room key. They supplied shampoo and shower gels, that are located in the shower not the typical travel size.

They were under construction. Its $16 a day to park. Breakfast for only offered on one day, but we had a 2 night stay. The beds were extremely firm.

Rooms were clean and tidy. The outside sitting area was a fun gathering place.

The bathroom for the bar/restaurant was too far away- right in the middle of the meeting area. We had to actually walk through a meeting and a wedding reception. There was construction on the room above our room all day, even on Saturday. We needed to rest yet it was difficult with constant hammering and drill noises.

The rooms are fresh, clean, quiet, and spacious. As long as you have a car, this location is convenient to many other parts of the city. There's a small cafe with snacks and coffee on the main floor, open most of the day.

The pool could use more lounge chairs. Parking is expensive (and there are no free or cheaper options nearby).

Room was big, and bed was comfortable.

The sheets on the bed didn't cover the bottom of the bed so as you lay under the covers your skin was touching a pad that was on the bed under the sheets. Also didn't know this was an ajoining room, which our neighbors played music most of the day and night, that was was very annoying.

The facilities were great and parking was convenient. Great amenities, super comfortable beds and linens.

Although my booking said breakfast was included, the hotel staff at the front desk said it was not and that o should "contact booking.com for just giving you whatever room without breakfast."
