The Westin Atlanta Airport

I enjoyed the services given during the Joi's Skate-athon on Labor Day and will be back in 2023.

Everything! But the bar closed too early! We went out for awhile. We came back to enjoy some drinks and the bar was closed.

I didn't like the parking fee. Paying extra to park at the hotel you are staying with was crazy.

Location was perfect for my over night stay. Clean very cozy. Free airport shuttle was great. Check in was easy. There was even a restaurant open after we checked in so we we could get a bite to eat..

Nothing to not like everything was great

The staff during our stay was exceptional. Not only did everyone greet us with a warmth and professionalism, but they made the check in, dinner service in the restaurant, and check out very easy. I want to highlight two staff who went above and beyond. Estelle at the front desk during check in was delightful and friendly. Janethea, also at the front desk in the later evening, made sure that I had the toiletries I needed. She saw me selecting things from the shop, and she offered what they had on a complimentary basis rather than having me purchase items. It was a very nice gesture that I really appreciated. Parking at the hotel is safe and secure, and the shuttle to the airport runs like clockwork. This is a regular trip for our family, and we'll stay here again!

The rooms were beautiful. The bar/restaurant had a great selection and the food was good. All staff that we encountered were friendly and helpful.

The AC unit in our room made a loud sound when turning on.

Very kind and professional staff. Quiet and decently sized workout facility. Breakfast at the restaurant was good but also rather expensive. Their shuttle will take you straight to the airport and back for free.

The swimming pool was unavailable as it was undergoing maintenance but that wasn't indicated anywhere on their website.

the only thing I had any trouble with was getting from parking to the lobby they don’t have a designated spot to walk up with your bags and if you go through the hotel lobby entrance from the parking lot you have to carry your bags up the stairs there aren’t any ramps

clean, close to city.

I paid cash and was overcharged. they included the deposit and parking fee in my total. the parking fee is deducted from the deposit. the manager had a hard time understanding what I was charged and said it was documented incorrectly. they apologized but I was not given the deposit although I paid for the valet in cash. next time I will use card

Should of had a microwave in the bedroom or on each floor rather than only in the lobby. Also, to many pieces of furniture in the Jr suite and television in the sitting room area does not work.

We only stayed for one night but it was great. The facility was clean. After a long week of activities the room just the right size. The bed was so comfy and cozy, I really didn't want to get out of it. The shower was hot and felt amazing. Will definitely look at staying here again when I come back to Georgia.
