Excellent staff, snacks available for purchase, 24 hour service, multiple access to the building, parking available an the parking price is cost effective, elevator access, clean building. Oh I love the design of the building, the relaxing area downstairs has very comfortable sofas in the entrance area and the lighting is a plus. They also have a shuttle to the airport and the location is very near to the airport. The room was very clean and well organized I love that. I must commend the front desk clerk she is very polite, very helpful and she was very knoweldegable of the hotel runnings she could answer every question I ask.

The sofa in the room needs ugrading.

Staff was very friendly, facilities clean, room was excellent size and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was above average, better than the usual continental breakfast at most hotels.

Apparently there was a problem with the phone system. I attempted to call for 45 minutes without answer to arrange a shuttle pickup. Ended up taking a cab back. Upon arrival the front desk person told me there was problem with their phone lines. Would have been good to know before I left the hotel. However she was very polite and helpful and made an adjustment to my room bill. So overall this was just a hiccup in the system.

The staff were super friendly and really helpful. My room was kind of run down, but spacious.

I didn't love that everyone had to pay a deposit on the rooms like we were all criminals that were expected to break and steal things. Also, just FYI, if you take the free shuttle to airport, it will only take you to the domestic terminal. If you are flying internationally, you will then have to take a separate bus to the int'l terminal and the whole process takes at least an hour, so make sure you budget enough time to do this whole thing.

Always, I stay in that property is close to airport and easy way to get out of ATL if you are traveling , breakfast is good, pet friendly and rooms are very spacious , parking is free and check in/out process and employers is nice and quick , main and important is nobody nock in your door before 12 to check out, I stay 5 stars hotel and 9 am, I got disturb even check out is 11 ou 12, for traveling looking for nice stay I hight recommend .

The guest clerk was amazing! He made me feel very welcomed and took care of me very well. The room was very clean, bed was really comfortable, and was very spacious. The hotel offered breakfast which I sadly was out of the hotel before I could have any.

The shower handles to turn the water on and off didn’t work very well. I saw they updated the room recently with the flooring, which was nice. The shower handle was my only complaint, everything else was great!

i was happy with the room. it was a large room with king bed and had a lounge that folds out into a bed as well. there was a small desk with seats at it. 90% of the room i was happy with. i cant comment on breakfast as i had an early flight before 0600. very close to airport.

the bathroom floor was a wood floating tile or laminate floor and at some stage the floor has been flooded so the tiles are warped and lifting. the tiles still have water underneath them and if you stand on them you can feel they are wet underneath. theres rust marks around the metal doorframe in bathroom so this has been a while. thats really the only negative which spoils an otherwise nice room

The room was modern and very clean. Super spacious and comfortable. Amazingly comfortable bed. Friendly staff.

We had leave exactly at breakfast time and the hotel couldn't arrange a take-away bag for me and my child, so we missed breakfast altogether. We could hear people walking and talking late at night in the common area outside the room. Both staff and guests. This kept us awake. The airport shuttle only drops you off at the domestic terminal. So we ended up taking two buses, which meant that the time to get there took nearly an hour.

No one to bother you , just check in and relax I actually love the fact that it’s in the cut (an out the way area) . It’s a great value and the rooms are nice as well as the pool + lobby . The staff is great! And helpful Lastly , I always get my deposit back same day ! Which I love , I never come and ruin the rooms and I’ve stayed there about 5 times so far . When I check in late , (after 5pm) they give me late check out (1pm) omg that’s such a life savor I need those extra sleep hours Love this place seriously - not much to dislike

The snacks are a highway robbery but hey! Your convenience lol Check in is at 3pm .. and no early check in specials . Sometimes my meetings are at 2 or 3 so I can’t freshen up before then .

I love the vibe and setup of the downstairs lobby. Breakfast is so filling and delicious. I loved the large spacious room. I loved the large, spaciousand well lite bathroom and closet design Oh and the BED was absolutely awesome. It was sooooo comfortable. All staff were nice, friendly and greet you with a smile.
