Hyatt Place Atlanta Airport South

I liked the location, I liked the shuttle to the airport, I liked the room, the bed was comfortable. The water was nice & hot in the shower and the water pressure was good. The staff were very friendly & helpful. The lobby was very nice. Everything was clean.

The breakfast was crap. The bathroom did not have any kind of counter space and could be updated. There was no full length mirror in the room or bathroom. The shower head did not have different settings. The tub side was very high making it awkward to step into. But once in it was fine. No USB ports for charging.

I'm always careful of the hotels I stay at near the airport (any airport). So, although I typically have good expectations for Hyatt Place, I was still a little skeptical. I was pleasantly surprised by Hyatt Place Atlanta Airport South! It was clean. The location was awesome (just a couple of minutes from the airport)! It was surprisingly quiet (even though we were extremely close to the airport). The staff was friendly and helpful. Because of covid, breakfast was grab and go, but there was a decent variety. I'd definitely stay again.

The sink stopper did not work. Therefore, water that ran in the sink had to seep out. That made for a pretty gross experience when brushing our teeth.

The hotel was a very nice hotel. We enjoyed the spacious environment of the room. The breakfast option were also great. We especially like the view that we had of the airport. Being able to see planes land and take off was a nice touch to our vaacation.

I didn't like that in addition to the room their was a fee for parking. I feel that parking should not be charged. Unless I overlooked something, I didnt remember seeing that when booking the room online.

Basic hotel for early travelers looking to staff close to the airport. Booked this for my mom and aunt we who stated they wouldn't stay for a long period of time but for passers-bys its perfect. The amount of money this hotel makes it could use a few upgrades for the price people are paying not to mention the name HYATT.

Upon check in to the hotel. I met NICK . He was very welcoming, helpful and made me feel as if I was home. He is great at his job, Hyatt has a real STAR . I will always stay at this location as long as Nick is there .On my last night I sat at the bar as he multi task about 8 ppl. He checked in , prepared food & made drinks. This gentleman needs a bonus

The bed and pillows was very uncomfortable awoke with a back ache .the phone and refrigerator,was not working , the ice machine was a sad site to view had rust and water overflow underneath, i was sad that they didn't have an ink pen or pad in the room as before, they didn't supply the lotion , had a half roll of tissue .....and the fee for parking ridiculous, very disappointing NOT sure if I'd ever return...

Well I was the bride and booked everyone room.. You guys took Everyone room off my card when it was supposed to be done when we got there.. One of my guests room ceiling was coming in.. but they moved them to another room.. besides that it was ok.. Then they cancelled my rooms and tried to rebook them.. They say it was booking that made the error.. I had to go to my guests and get my money back.. and convince them to put their card on file.. so they can put the holding fee on their card.. you guys overdrafted my account.. thx a lot for all the fees

Located close to the airport, the room that we booked was spacious for 6 people.

The elevator had bad smell. Also they charge $30 (fees for parking and other things) additional to the cost that Booking.com tells you in the reservation.

The hotel was nice and clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was large and well furnished. The breakfast was great with hot and cold items to choose from.

The beds dipped down in the middle and the pullout sofa bed was not very comfortable. There were not very many options for dining out but we found a Ruby Tuesday within walking distance.
