Great hotel! The staff was always so pleasant, the location was great (it was so easy to get to everywhere we were going - it's close to so many department stores and restaurants), and the room was comfortable and clean. Couldn't ask for more!

If I had to pick one thing that could be improved on, I'd say heating the pool. The pool was freezing. We were suited up, ready to use it, and realized how cold it was. It wouldn't deter me from staying here again, though. The pool area was pretty nice and relaxing in itself.

The lady at the desk was really friendly when we arrived. We got a room on the 1st floor and it was a very large room! The ceiling was probably 15 feet high or more, there was a fridge/freezer, microwave, a sink with an assortment of dishes available, and just a really nice room all around. The breakfast was what you normally get at a hotel, but the lady bringing the food out was so nice. We enjoyed our stay and would be glad to stay there again sometime.

This looks like quite a new hotel. Spacious, clean, comfortable room with full refrigerator, microwave, kitchen as well as bathroom sink and dishwasher! Very cushy bed, big bathroom and the staff was friendly, helpful and extremely competent.

I can't think of anything I didn't like. The clerk gave me a good recommendation for a Mexican restaurant literally two minutes' drive away, and the location was perfect for a quick getaway at 5:30 the next morning for my long drive up to New Jersey. I sort of wish they'd had a pool or whirlpool to get some of the kinks out of the aging bod, but maybe they do and they were closed for COVID -- I'm not sure about that!

It was a very interesting experience for my kids, the night we check in there was a fired drill so we/all guest had to evacuate the property🤣. We was just there for my husband birthday , we actually live in Grovetown but wanted something diferente but ended up going home for the night my kids where super scared and never wanted to go back in the hotel 🏨

The staff was kind, the location was great, the size of the room was awesome.

I expected a little more at the breakfast buffet. The room was a great size, but with little furnishings there was an echo in the room.

I’ve stayed at other home 2’s and they had excellent breakfasts. the breakfast choices here were too few. no eggs no meats. I went for the waffles but there was nothing to put on them. no butter no syrup.

The property seemed to be fairly new. It was extremely clean & nice. We used the App to access the hotel from a side door and our room. This was my first time using this feature. I absolutely love it! We did not make it to breakfast, however they did have sodas, juices & snacks available at the front desk.

The front desk staff weren’t as nice as I was use to for a Hilton.

The room was very clean. It was quiet, and staff were courteous. The location was great as there is a Walmart, Aldi and a lot of eateries nearby. I will definitely stay here again when I'm in the area.

Breakfast was amazing, with a variety of goodies to choose from. The staff during breakfast was very friendly and helpful, and ensured the area was clean.

There’s nothing we didn’t like.

We travel a lot & this has been the best room this far. I was kind of disappointed that this was our shortest trip. We were only in town for one day. The fact that you have a dishwasher, full fridge, dishes, etc. This has been the most impressive hotel this far & we definitely will be looking to stay with you in the future. Also, since traveling since COvID, no hotel has offered breakfast. I was really impressed, though I overslept, that they were still serving a full service breakfast.
