Great hotel! The staff was always so pleasant, the location was great (it was so easy to get to everywhere we were going - it's close to so many department stores and restaurants), and the room was comfortable and clean. Couldn't ask for more!

If I had to pick one thing that could be improved on, I'd say heating the pool. The pool was freezing. We were suited up, ready to use it, and realized how cold it was. It wouldn't deter me from staying here again, though. The pool area was pretty nice and relaxing in itself.

It was a very interesting experience for my kids, the night we check in there was a fired drill so we/all guest had to evacuate the property🤣. We was just there for my husband birthday , we actually live in Grovetown but wanted something diferente but ended up going home for the night my kids where super scared and never wanted to go back in the hotel 🏨

The lady at the desk was really friendly when we arrived. We got a room on the 1st floor and it was a very large room! The ceiling was probably 15 feet high or more, there was a fridge/freezer, microwave, a sink with an assortment of dishes available, and just a really nice room all around. The breakfast was what you normally get at a hotel, but the lady bringing the food out was so nice. We enjoyed our stay and would be glad to stay there again sometime.

This looks like quite a new hotel. Spacious, clean, comfortable room with full refrigerator, microwave, kitchen as well as bathroom sink and dishwasher! Very cushy bed, big bathroom and the staff was friendly, helpful and extremely competent.

I can't think of anything I didn't like. The clerk gave me a good recommendation for a Mexican restaurant literally two minutes' drive away, and the location was perfect for a quick getaway at 5:30 the next morning for my long drive up to New Jersey. I sort of wish they'd had a pool or whirlpool to get some of the kinks out of the aging bod, but maybe they do and they were closed for COVID -- I'm not sure about that!

The staff was kind, the location was great, the size of the room was awesome.

I expected a little more at the breakfast buffet. The room was a great size, but with little furnishings there was an echo in the room.

The room was very clean. It was quiet, and staff were courteous. The location was great as there is a Walmart, Aldi and a lot of eateries nearby. I will definitely stay here again when I'm in the area.

The rooms were great spacious and clean

The room had a smell of feet when we walked in but the front desk clerk gave air freshener and offered to move use to another room

Robin was amazing and the hotel was great! The location was perfect! Everything was nearby.

The shower seat had mold in the hinges; the room carpet felt unclean. It needs to be deep cleaned and steamed.

Breakfast was amazing, with a variety of goodies to choose from. The staff during breakfast was very friendly and helpful, and ensured the area was clean.

There’s nothing we didn’t like.
