The breakfast had a great variety of food to choose from. Everyone was very friendly.

All good. But maybe more parking spots would be helpful.

This hotel had everything one needed and nothing that you didn't. It was immaculate, comfortable and well planned.

Comfortable bed. Bathroom was clean. Glad toiletries were provided because I forgot to pack ours. The room was clean but small - which is fine if you are only staying a day or two. Breakfast provided a large variety. Coffee/tea bar was always available. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. We’ll stay again.

No negative. There was a lot of road and building construction going on, but that shouldn’t last much longer. Looked like it was near completion. Going to be great when they’re finished.

The staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean ( I loved the Dove products instead of tiny bottles of shampoos and slivers of soap. The beds were super comfortable. The breakfast was great! I enjoyed the eggwhite veggie omelets, fruits and nuts and fresh coffee from the coffee machine . Also, it was in a great location. Many great restaurants and Walmart across the street to grab any forgotten items. An Aldi for some grocery shopping for extended stays.

Loved everything

Location was fine though I have difficulty figuring out roads on Augusta area. A fancier breakfast would have been nice but existing was adequate and more would probably have driven up price. Staff was very responsive to questions, printing off directions, etc. The motel was very quiet which we appreciated.

the contintental breakfast was entirely adequate but lacked staples like scrambled eggs, etc. A pool would have been of more use to us than the gym, etc.. Having said that, we wouldn't likely have used it either. Shuttle service to airport would be a plus but it's a small airport and seems like not many other hotels in Augusta area offer it either.

I didn’t like that i was told I would have two beds and only had one. I was told that you could accommodate me with two beds for Friday but there was nothing for Saturday. I felt if y’all allow Booking.com promote your establishment then y’all could have done something different not try and charge me for both nights knowing it had nothing to do with me that was on y’all end especially if I had to find another room for Saturday or you could have at least given me a 20 % discount for the inconvenience as a business owner that’s what I would have done. I’m a Christian woman I would never make a company look bad if for a simple mistake.

I liked that it was conveniently located and exceptionally clean. Grab and go breakfast in the morning and 24hour coffee were great to have.

Construction was going on, but they can’t help that. I wish I knew that before hand though as I would have stayed somewhere else that could give me the quiet I needed.

The breakfast was good, but would have preferred more choices in the hot offerings. We don’t eat egg sandwiches with meat, prefer a no meat choice on that. Also, waffles, French toast or oatmeal would be nice.

Loud group of men with trucks were parked in the parking lot outside on our second evening, drinking beer and playing loud music. We called the front desk and she asked them to turn the music down so they turned it down slightly. We didn’t realize no services were provided so came back in the evening to a messy room. We asked for fresh towels which were brought up to us.

Breakfast was okay; not enough hot items; sandwiches brought out were supposed to be hot; they were okay. Too much cereal!!!

The breakfast staff, one young lady, watched us like a hawk; like we were gonna steal the kitchen. Breakfast sandwiches were brought out reluctantly each time. More fruit should be available. The staff does not need to watch us pick up every little item, there was nothing there worth stealing.

The breakfast was very good. Loved the egg muffins. I guess you would call them that. Nice variety. Now the very best was the bed. I would love to know who made the mattress. Best sleep I have had in a long time. The pillows were also fantastic. The soft one is my choice. You can send them anytime. Lol
