Comfort Inn & Suites Carrollton

Location was great. Around lots of restaurant's. Right behind a car wash that was awesome. Since my car needed a wash after rodeo. Love the clean nice room. Bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was great.

I didn't see anything that needed changed. Staff were so nice made me feel like I was at home with family.

The overall was nice and better than what I read from the reviews. Near a shopping area where I didn't have to go far for a variety of things.

It was a smell in the room when you walk in that smell like the carpet needed either cleaning or change. The tub looked old as it was painted. They ran out of things for breakfast and people had to wait for more food.

The breakfast was delicious always hot and tasty. The set up for breakfast as well as the food was great. Ð

I was completely satisfied with the hotel the staff, the cleanliness, the location and the food. We were there about 8 maybe 10 days and the only complaint either of us had was the fact that we couldn't stay longer lol.

Clean, comfortable and good location.

Wasn't advised that there would be overnight cleaning to the exterior. Noise and bright work lights use interrupted my sleep, although my mother sleep well. If advised I would have ask for room on the side of the hotel that wasn't being worked on.

This was the second time I stayed at this hotel. It is convenient to UWG and has all the amenities that you need, The staff at check-in were very pleasant and helpful. Will be staying here again on my next trip to Carrollton.

the property location was great and near everything

the room was just not clean, they did not vacuum the floors and there were red stains in the carpet. the front entrance of the floor was sticky. the shower itself was clean but not the shower walls.

Such an excellent hotel, right next to a shopping center with all the stores I love! The staff went out of their way to make our stay exceptional. Cotheia especially provided excellent service.

This place was so nice to stay in. The front desk guy, wish I knew his name, was very nice! The ladies were still cleaning my room when we got there, they was very friendly and hurried for us. The room was very clean. Bed are comfortable. Was very close,actually walkable to a lot of places!Would definitely recommend!

There was ALOT of people in the pool. Nothing they could control. But, that was the only thing we didn’t care about

Room was clean, much more than I needed honestly, and hotel was close to some good resturants. Hotel decor was very modern, which I liked, but could be hit or miss for some.

Waffle maker's timer didn't work when I used it. Nothing else was bad enough to warrant mentioning.

Staff was very kind and worked hard to meet my needs. They go above and beyond if you treat them respectfully. The location is 100% safe and doesn't have people hanging around bothering you or your vehicles.

Smells a little musty coming in I think they could update their carpets but it's nothing to frett about still a comfortable stay.
