Comfort Suites

Rooms were quiet, enough towels, comfortable bed. Person at the front desk was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was decent, scrambled eggs were hot, waffle maker stayed busy, coffee, and juice were available as well as cereal and muffins.

Parking lot could be lit up a bit more. Need at least 2 waffle makers for breakfast. I never got one because a family with about four kids monopolized the only one available for 30 minutes. The curtains in the rooms don’t close! I was on the 2nd floor so privacy wasn’t really an issue. The sheers close but not the heavier curtains. Luckily there are a lot of trees on that side, but some of the lights were able to peek through enough to be annoying. Since I was alone I piled up the extra pillows on the bed to block them out but if you are not solo that could be an issue, not to mention you can’t block the sun if you want to sleep in.

The bed was extremely comfortable hence “COMFORT” suites I probably wouldn’t expect it to be anything else :)

There was no one at the reception for several minutes when I came to check in and it was quite early in the day about 5pm- I get it if the one on duty needs to step away but there should be a sign to say BE RIGHT BACK! So that one is not roaming around the property looking for someone who works there. Was not nice but the girl finally came and she was very nice. I didn’t say anything because there’s no reason to- but there’s definitely should be a sign to stay we’ll be right back.

Room was large and clean. Good size bathroom. Liked having step in shower instead of having to climb into a tub to shower. Comfy bed. Housekeeping did a great job. Price was good for our room. Would definitely stay here again.

Not enough tv channels to watch ( not enough movies and too many duplicates of the same things). Need better selection of tv channels. While bed was comfy it was too high (will have to bring step stool next time). Really need handles in main part of shower other than the one handle at very back off shower. All in all though we would still consider staying here again.

Breakfast was good and the room was nicely layed out and specious. The bathroom and shower were clean and large. There was a mini fridge and microwave and a small coffeemaker. The bed was very comfortable with extra pillows. The location is perfect for everywhere we needed to go. There is a nice lobby with an electric fireplace and large television, computers and a large dining area.

The mini fridge made a lot of noise and the parking lot light came in our room like a spotlight at night. I had to hang a blanket in the window. There were only sheer curtains that closed. I also had very noisy neighbors that kept us up all three nights. No one entered the room to tidy up or make the bed, empty trash or anything. Towels are replaced every third day so I guess they just wait to come in until then. The outdoor pool was very small but clean. Overall it is a nice facility with pleasant workers in a beautiful setting. They need privacy curtains that close so the rooms aren't lit up like daylight.

We booked a HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE KING SUITE WITH ROLL IN SHOWER. There was not a single grab bar beside the toilet to assist the disabled while using the toilet. very badly planned. All staff said they could not do anything about it. we were in room 120 just off the lobby. People were yelling all hours—// very noisy. Staff never tried to quieten people in the hall. staff was talking loud and carrying on early morning hours.

Room was very clean, bed very comfortable and felt safe. Next night stayed in another town, different hotel, very noisy and people standing in the hall as we tried to get in our room. Comfort felt very safe. Enjoyed this place tremendously for the price.

Breakfast was very disappointing. Two hot items that were dry. First time got in the room AC was off. Could have been on to avoid stuffiness. Also elevator was really hot. Felt like heater was on

it was lovely and clean and spacious. the room was well presented. plenty of parking and decent enough breakfast. good wifi. fast lift. good towels. ok water pressure. clean but small gym. about what you would expect for the price. my favourite thing was the sheets - absolutely glorious.

upon arrival it appeared that the receptionist was not interested in a positive greeting or check in. I happened to turn around to speak with my daughter whilst waiting and when I turned back she was just holding out my credit card and waving it at me but had not spoken. we had to ask where the lifts were, what time breakfast was and the hours of the pool/gym. I think she hated her job. the walls in our room were not particularly insulated so we had a very clear perspective of the going’s on in the next room. I felt obliged to give them a little cheer at the end as overall, they both seemed quite satisfied. then, the snoring. ahhhh and I had to unplug the fridge as it was making a continuous banging type of noise. the a/c wasn’t on when we walked in.

What can I say that has not already been rated. Our stay was pleasant, we only stayed one night. The beds were the most comfortable I've found in hotel beds so you can't go wrong there unless you want an extremely soft bed. This is soft but it gets firmer through the night as you lay on it. I'm used to very soft because of chronic pain, spine issues and hips. I did wake up sore but as stated, there the best beds I''ve found in hotels. I have stayed in a lot! It was exceptionally clean and smelled wonderful with a fresh clean scent! That can't be matched by older, cheaper hotels!! Seriously, splurge the extra bucks because it's worth it!!! Hope this helps someone!

The stay here was great! when we walked in we was greeted by Mr.Clinton. The check in was very very smooth. We stayed in a king suite, the room was clean, the bathroom was clean, everything in the room worked perfectly, bed was comfortable!! no noise complaints, no problems with the room, the pictures was very accurate. Didn’t eat the breakfast. and the location was great surrounding shopping centers. THE PRICE WAS GREAT FOR THE ROOM!!!

The property was new, extremely clean, quiet, and staff was very friendly and helpful!! The breakfast was the best, it was hot and there were many other choices that included yogurt, bagels, toast, English muffins, waffles, and many other things! The coffee was delicious also. Fabulous experience!
