MainStay Suites Newnan Atlanta South

The hotel was wonderful rooms are very nice and clean, but the front is rude and very unprofessional i asked twice that our room be cleaned and to have fresh linen. I asked the front desk staff once before leaving for breakfast again returning , then leaving again after 1 hour. I returned later that night only to find no clean room or linen so i when down to the first desk and the lady at the front desk she said the room was mark clean I told her it hadn’t been clean and I asked twice. She apologized and gave me fresh towels and linen so I could change the bed. Then after checking out I noticed there was a charge pending on my bank statement after I paid for the room in full when I checked in on 4/29. I called Monday morning to mainstay spoke with a black gentleman at the front desk he told me that some banking institutions take more money than needed. Which was untrue I call my bank they told me that the property Mainstay holds the extra funds just to make sure there’s nothing wrong with the room after checking out. Smh such a nice place but the front desk staff is horrible.

The professionalism of the front desk staff

The rooms are huge! I love that they can accommodate bigger families. The breakfast is always good and enjoyable.

Our room and beds were not the cleanest. We found a used vaping pen below our beds and one of the beds had crumbs under the blankets.

The staff was friendly, accommodations were excellent, comfortable beds, plenty of bath towels and very clean. We will definitely stay at Mainstay Suites Newnan again.

There was nothing to dislike about Mainstays. If anything to dislike, maybe the microwave downstairs could be bigger/stronger, it takes a while to heat up food/drinks.

Very clean, easy check in, quiet, nice linens and bedding. Very comfortable. Large suite.

Breakfast was 6:30-9:30. There was nothing out from 6:30-7:00 except a small plate of scrambled eggs and sausage, cereal station, juice and coffee bars. No milk, breads, butter, jellies, no yogurts, or muffins or waffles. We had to leave by 7:30. As we passed through the lobby, it didn’t seem there was any more out.

Great location, new, spacious room

Elevator inspection expired in June/2022 and some were a little iffy to be on. Staff should be aware of breakfast hour times. Staff should be dressed more casual for work.

I was surprised at how spacious the room was in person. I wish there was an option to upload the video I took. The location is right off the interstate and there was a gas station directly next door. The man that checked us in was very welcoming and one of the housekeepers we chatted with on the elevator was very friendly. This location provided true southern hospitality. We do a lot of trips but this was the best place we’ve stayed at this year and sadly this particular trip was only for 1 night.

The breakfast was okay. I liked that the hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and the accommodations was great for the cost of the room. Thanks for an enjoyable experience!

The breakfast could have been better.

Friendly staff, well-furnished room. The efficiency kitchen was a nice feature. The bed was comfortable and not saggy. The breakfast was quite adequate.

The shower's water pressure was sadly lacking, but I think that was the only disappointment

It was definitely well worth it, very impressed by all the accommodations. It was a late check in and they were very understanding. Definitely recommend to stay here.
