It has a nice set-up off to the side of the road, and my room was facing the pool. Nice place and well presented. Looks pretty well maintained and pretty comfortable too. Again, close to town and close to roads I would need to use to leave. The staff was great and very accommodating. Definitely worth staying there.

The shower only had two settings, and neither one was particularly great. Also, did some laundry there since I was wrapping up my trip and they have the old style that take quarters, which was fine. However, the washing machine left my clothes soaking wet to the point I could have wrung them out. Had to refill the money for the dryer twice to get the clothes most of the way dry so I could pack them when I left. Other than that, no real issues.

Room was nice for the price and my 2 night stay. My room was clean except for the soiled fabric chair that I could not bring myself to sit or lay clothes on. It really needed a good cleaning or be replaced. Bath & shower was clean. Could tell the hotel property was recently "freshened up". Very warm welcome at the front desk. Liked the individual breakfast order taken by a server to have my eggs the way I like them instead of the typical self service buffet. The breakfast room/restaurant could use a bit of brightening up. Too dark. It appears that not much was done with it recently compared to the rest of the property. Overall it was a comfortable & nice stay. I would stay there again.

Soiled fabric chair in the room.

I initially booked unsure of what to expect from the Quality Inn. However, right from check-in through check-out, I was very happy with the quality of the service provided. The breakfast, though limited in choice, was made to order and healthy. As a person who was passing by, I am very pleased with the staff, quality of stay and facilities available.

Breakfast choice was limited - would have liked some fruits. But, that's an idea for improvement. As is, the breakfast was made to order and filling.

The Front Desk Clerk was Very Nice 🙂.. The Location was Great.. It was Peaceful. Check in was Easy. The Guests with kids were friendly! The Rooms were a good size & very Nice looking! The TV was a good size for for the room! The room was well equipped!

2 small stains on 1 of the bed sheets, TV channels, 1 guy made me uncomfortable when I was standing outside of the room at night the way he was watching & moving.

The room surpassed what we encountered at the Motel 6 ( which would not take much) .. the beds was phenomenal ( sheets smelled so fresh and clean ) the bed was so comfortable.. we will return

The area behind the hotel is littered with dumped furniture and is rather unsightly. If it was cleaned the hotel would be perfect.

It was very convenient and good for the price. We had a little trouble with adding a day to our stay but it was a 3rd party issue.

Didn't like that the phone was not working in our room. Made it a little inconvenient.

Has microwave, mini fridge, tub, pet friendly, coffee maker, iron, ironing board, smoking rooms, hot breakfast, coin laundry, snack machine, pool (not open yet), DirecTV, Netflix and other app services to sign in.

Couldn't stay longer

It was nice to enter a hotel room and it actually look and smell clean. No foul odors or the smell of smoke. Everything in our room was neat and the temp in our room was comfortable. Front desk clerk was very nice when we checked in the first night.

The staff were all very attentive to our needs and very friendly and professional. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was good as well. When I visit Americus, Ga. again I'll stay at Quality Inn. Highly recommend.

I did not get to eat breakfast. The location is ok

The person that took care of our room didn’t make the beds every day, she just pulled the comforter up and put the pillows on top of it. One day we did not get enough towels.
