Convenient to where our business was needed. You can’t beat the price, but you get what you pay for. If you just need bare minimal bed to sleep, then this is the place. If family travel, or if looking for best spotless place, then it’s hit or miss. Been here three or four times and there are good and bad with each visit. I’m more about the price versus the luxury, but the wife sees it differently and wanted to stay elsewhere.

Horrible cooking or incense smell on arrival. Reminded of heavy sage or some herbal as soon as you hit the door on the first floor and lobby. Spilled some water on tile floor and wiped it up. White towel was quite dirty after cleaning. This was five minutes after checking in. Paint chipping and a few mold spots on shower ceiling, but water pressure was nice.

Room was nice, clean, bed was comfortable. No complaints.

Breakfast was the only downfall, coffee was not ready when we came down at 6:30am. What was left in the coffee canister seemed old and tasted awful. The only think we really appreciate when we are on the road for a few days is a good cup of coffee before we hit the road again. Maybe they could invest in better quality coffee and have it freshly made early morning :) otherwise I would definitely stay there again.

Clean. Dog friendly. Nice front desk lady. Great location with a nice little restaurant close by. Quiet location. Hard surface floors rather than carpet so it’s easily cleaned. Good bargain

Breakfast was just orange juice, coffee dispensed from a machine that mixed instant coffee with hot water, tea, and prepackaged muffins and danish. Nothing for anyone with blood sugar issues or other dietary restrictions. A disappointment.

Arrived very late and the staff was very friendly. The room was big and the bed had lots of pillows.

Room was clean and in good shape but had a slight mold smell. Other then that very happy.

Breakfast was limited to coffee and pastry; coffee was available 24/7, which was nice for extended stays; we were an overnight trip. The room was clean, sheets, etc. The hotel staff were very nice. Appears to owner ran which helps with the property being ran well

It was a clean property and for the price, all that you would expect. It is a cheap hotel and the furnishings were lower grade. Breakfast could be expanded but that's really not a concern for us. The savings was enough to buy several nice breakfasts out.

The front desk was so amazing!! One of the nicest people I've met in a really long time. My mom passed away and I needed to just be somewhere I could clear my mind for a few days. Its set off the main road so it was quiet. They have a smoking option and with me being a smoker, its nice to find somewhere that offers that. The property is very well kept and beautifully Arranged. It's a great place and accessable to everything you need and want. They also have a wide selection of channels, bc I was able to relax and catch a few movies I hadn't seen before and so over all it gets 12 stars hands down and will always be my choice when I'm in the area. Thank you so much for your hospitality it was very much appreciated.

The breakfast is nothing fancy, but always available. I love this place!

Absolutely nothing! This place is perfect! The family owned business is so polite and helpful. The housekeeping couple are adorable. The room is spacious with a nice size bathtub/shower. Everything is close to town, and yet excluded off the Interstate. This is a peaceful get away. I love the pool in the summer time. Thanks HomeTown Inn of Ringgold, Georgia!

We arrived at 1:00 a.m. and were greeted by Penny, a very courteous front desk staff person. While it is a “no frills” hotel, it is clean and comfortable. Linens were clean, crisp, and comfortable. Water was hot. Air quality and comfort from AC was fantastic. Bed was extremely comfortable. Had full size refrigerator in addition to cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, sink and kitchen cabinets. Curtains were even 100% blackout so didn’t get woken by sun coming up. Desk chair super comfortable. Greatly appreciated tile and laminate floors also as they can easily be cleaned compared to other hotels with carpet. Just an all around great and inexpensive place to stay for the night. Hotel is also easily accessible to I-75, which was a bonus. It is set back off the road a bit which allowed for peace and absolute quiet. No highway noise! Highly recommend if you’re not looking for fancy, but are looking for value, cleanliness, and comfort.

Check out was at 11:00 a.m. but cleaning staff knocked on door to enter at 10:52. This was not good as we were still occupying the room and preparing to checkout. However, they did apologize. Wasn’t really a big deal and definitely not a deal breaker for staying here again.

The bed was SO comfortable. I may be biased, after a full day in the car, but falling into bed was the greatest feeling. Water pressure and temp for the shower were fantastic. Penny at the desk was an absolute delight at both check-in at 10p and check-out the next morning at 830a.

Tub is very slippery and no grab bars. I didn't feel very secure. The hair dryer died shortly after turning it on. One of the alarm clocks had an alarm set that went off, with the switch to turn it off broken,so we had to unplug it to make the creepy radio static stop LOL AND the dresser had a bullet hole through the drawer, out the back, and through the wall. That was a bit unsettling.

Bath tub was very slippery. So cared I was going to fall, I put a hand towel in the tub, so it wouldn’t be so slippery as I took my shower.
